2️⃣ Select ‘Savings account’

3️⃣ Key in your 4-digit ATM & Card PIN 

4️⃣ Withdraw your desired amount in the country’s local currency

YouTrip Overseas ATM Withdrawal Fees

  • S$400 free ATM withdrawals monthly: YouTrip gives you S$400 worth of fee-free ATM withdrawals every calendar month.
  • 2% fee applies thereafter: A 2% withdrawal fee applies only to the portion exceeding the S$400 free allowance.

❗️ ATM operator fees: Some overseas ATMs may charge their own operator fees. This is usually displayed on-screen before you confirm your withdrawal.

  2. Toggle to your Physical Card
  3. Tap ‘Manage’ > ‘Reset ATM PIN’
  4. Create a new 4-digit ATM PIN for overseas cash withdrawals

Note: Your ATM & Card PIN (for overseas ATM withdrawals) is not the same as your 6-digit App Passcode for logins.

Q: Can I use a Virtual card at an ATM?
A: No, the Virtual card is fully digital and cannot be used for ATM cash withdrawals.

Q: When does my free ATM quota reset?
A: Your free ATM withdrawal fee quota resets to S$400 at midnight SGT on the 1st of each calendar month.

Q: Can I withdraw cash from local ATMs in Singapore?
A: No, YouTrip ATM withdrawals are only supported at overseas ATMs.
