Cat condos and houses aren’t exactly cheap in pet supply retail stores. Actually, they’re straight up expensive! The most basic of cat condos can cost you upwards of S$100. In my humble opinion, owning pets is expensive enough without factoring in inflated pet supply store prices.
Which gets me thinking – what if we could get our little fur kids what they needed online? Naturally, I turned to Taobao to try and find a nice cat house. Here’s 10 of the cutest (and affordable) cat condos and homes for your beloved cats. I wish I could live in them too!

This Jungle Cat Tree (Â¥369/~S$73) has a cute little ladder and attached toys for your kitty to bat at. The reinforced pillars also double as a scratching post, which will hopefully save your leather couch as well.

Okay okay, I know I said “affordable”, but would you look at this absolute unit?! Taobao started recommending me more and more options and I couldn’t bear to leave this one out. The Oak Cat Mansion (Â¥3,899/~S$769) is the perfect bougie option for you to pamper your cat with luxury. Also, it looks amazing and has enough room for their litter box as well!
10. Cat Condo Palace (~S$846)
At this point, Taobao just keeps recommending me cat condos I didn’t think were possible. For the ultimate royal treatment, this Cat Condo Palace (Â¥4,288/~S$846) is good for two cats to live like a king. Multiple tiers and places for them to nap means this may be their new favourite place to hang out! This may not be the most affordable option, but considering its structure and parts, you probably can’t fetch this price locally.
