It’s about time for me to show you how to unlock the next level of Taobao shopping – and that’s using ShopBack Taobao to earn cashback whenever you buy items from Taobao to Singapore!

Step 1: Create ShopBack Account on Desktop
You’ll first need to create a ShopBack account to accrue the cashback. Then, you’ll be prompted to download the “ShopBack Extension Button” on your browser. Follow the instructions and download the ShopBack button. Once you’ve successfully done so, we can begin shopping from Taobao to Singapore!
Step 2: Shop on Taobao & Look for “Activate Cashback at Item Page”
Now, you can shop as usual on Taobao and add the items that you want to purchase into your cart as usual. When you’re ready to make payment, open your cart. You’ll see an “Activate Cashback at Item Page” button for every item that’s eligible for cashback. For those items that aren’t eligible, you’ll see a “No Cashback” tag instead.
Step 3: Click on Cashback-Eligible Item & Look for Shopback Confirmation Pop-up
For items that are eligible, simply click on the item name and it’ll open the item page in a new tab. Let the page load and you should see a pop-up on the right side of your screen that says “Activate Up to 10% Cashback”. Click on that button and it’ll reload your page.
Step 4: Click on Shopback Confirmation Pop-up & Wait for Page to Reload
Now that you have clicked on the pop-up confirmation, you should see a ShopBack loading screen indicating that you’re on your way to receiving cashback for that item.
Step 5: Look for Green Confirmation ShopBack Pop-up on Reloaded Page
Once the page is reloaded, you’ll see that the pop-up has now turned green, indicating that you’ve successfully activated cashback for the item!
Step 6: Check Out on Taobao & Wait for Cashback to Arrive in Your ShopBack Account
When you head back to your cart, you should also see that the green button is indicating “Cashback Activated”. Once you’ve activated the cashback for all your items, you can go ahead and check out in Chinese Yuan (CNY) with your YouTrip card!
After you check out, it’ll take a few minutes or up to a few hours for the cashback to be traced and updated in your ShopBack account. Typically, it should be tracked within 24 hours and received in five days.
