With YouTrip’s Transaction Statement feature, retrieve your entire transaction history from any currency wallet in just a few taps!
Here’s a new and improved way to stay on top of all your payments with YouTrip. You can now generate transaction statements for each of your currency wallets directly through your YouTrip app.
You’ll be able to select a date range of up to 31 days in order to view a consolidated list of all YouTrip transactions made during the selected period – including payments, top-ups, in-app exchanges, and YouTrip Send transfers.
How Do I Generate A Transaction Statement?
Step 1: Select The Currency Wallet
On the YouTrip homepage, tap the currency wallet you’d like to take a closer look at. Based on the example below with the GBP wallet, you’ll be able to proceed to the next step by tapping “My GBP Statement”.
Step 2: Select The Transaction Date Range To Review
Next, select the date range you’d like to review. You may select a range of up to 31 days, up till the current date. Once you tap “Get My Statement”, you’ll see a full list of transactions made within that currency wallet for the selected period.
Step 3: Download Your Transaction Statement
If you need to save the statement as a document, tap the share icon on the top-right corner of the screen to download a pdf version of your statement. To view the transactions from other currency wallets, simply go back to the app homepage and tap on that wallet and repeat the steps above.
Given the numerous currency wallets available on YouTrip, these statements are designed to help organise all your payments into their respective currencies. So if all you’re looking to do is review an individual transaction, it may be easier to use our Transaction Search feature instead, as opposed to generating a statement.
