With the increased usage of your YouTrip card around the world, we’re implementing a new security feature to further safeguard your money and transactions.
Introducing: Online Payment & ATM Alert
Starting 21 January 2020, you’ll receive a daily consolidated statement of all your online transactions and ATM withdrawals in the past 24 hours. This daily consolidated statement will arrive in your registered email inbox at 4am (SGT) daily.
What are some examples of such transactions?
- You paid with your YouTrip card for an e-commerce purchase
- You provided your YouTrip card information over the phone to make a phone order
- You set up a recurring payment that bills automatically to your YouTrip card
- You fulfilled an online invoice with your YouTrip card
- You made an ATM withdrawal with your YouTrip card
Who will receive the Online Payment & ATM Alert?
YouTrip users who have performed online transactions and ATM withdrawals in the past 24 hours will receive the alert. If you have not made any online transactions or ATM withdrawals, you will not receive this daily consolidated statement.
I received the Online Payment & ATM Alert but I didn’t make any online transaction or ATM withdrawal, what should I do?
Kindly contact our Customer Experience Team at firstname.lastname@example.org if any of the transactions were not authorised by you.
Will a reversed transaction be shown in the Online Payment & ATM Alert?
If the transaction is reversed successfully before we send the daily consolidated statement, you will not see the reversed transaction in your Online Payment & ATM Alert.
Can I turn off the Online Payment Alert & ATM Alert?
The Online Payment & ATM Alert is currently mandatory to ensure a secure payment experience.
