Lush products too expensive in Singapore? Here’s how you can score cheaper Lush products when you order them directly from Lush UK’s online store instead!
Chanel Li, our YouTrip Ambassador, shares her price hacks to score cheaper Lush products!
Lush stores are always my happy place, no matter where I am in the world. All my senses are awakened whenever I step foot in a Lush store – the scent of essential oil fills the air, and visually aesthetic bath bombs are in full display. I personally love Lush products, and I’m also someone who would want to pay a fair price.
Back when we could still travel freely, I’d always shop for Lush products in Japan or Australia, where the prices are usually one-third or half the prices of Singapore stores. With COVID-19 halting air travels, I thought I’d have to scrimp and save every drop of my body wash. But alas, I’ve discovered how to still enjoy Lush products without breaking my bank, and here I’ll share my trick with you!
I wanted to see if I could shop on Lush UK’s website and I thought of using vPost to forward my loots to Singapore, like how my colleague did for his gaming rig. Upon reading the fine print though, vPost doesn’t seem to ship cosmetics or any flammable material, but later I found out that Lush UK actually ships directly to Singapore. Say whaaat!
The best part? Lush UK prices are actually cheaper than Lush Singapore. Mind = blown. You have no idea how happy I was when I found out about this… Let’s compare the prices between Lush Singapore and Lush UK!
1. Lush Twilight Bath Bomb
Whenever I think of bath bombs, I think of Lush. The very first bath bomb I’ve ever tried was in a hotel room in Sydney, and it was this Lush Twilight Bath Bomb. It’ll set me back S$15 in Singapore, but it only costs £3.95 (~S$7) on the Lush UK online store. That’s S$8 cheaper! 😎
Lush SG | Lush UK | Savings |
S$15 | £3.95 (~S$7) | ~S$8 |
2. Lush Sleepy Shower Gel
Fun backstory: my boss gifted me the Lush Sleepy Shower Gel on my 21st birthday because he said I always looked sleepy; kinda rude but also thank you because it smells amazing. 😳 Anyway, I used the shower gel every night and it really helped me to unwind after a long day. In Singapore, it’s S$41 for 260g, but on Lush UK online store, it’s pretty much half the price at only £14 (~S$24.90)!
Lush SG | Lush UK | Savings |
S$41 | £14 (~S$24.90) | ~S$16.10 |
3. Lush Mask of Magnaminty
My favourite product from Lush is easily their fresh face masks made with natural ingredients. In fact, they’re so fresh that you’d have to store them in the fridge, and use them immediately after taking out! My favourite for oily acne prone skin is the Mask of Magnaminty. In Singapore, a 315g tub costs me S$49, whereas on their UK online store, it’s only £16 (~S$28.50). You do the math! 😵
Lush SG | Lush UK | Savings |
S$49 | £16 (~S$28.50) | ~S$20.50 |
4. Lush Dream Cream Hand & Body Lotion
I once bought a small tub of hand lotion from a Lush store in Japan. It was meant to be a gift for a friend but it smelt so good, I kept it for myself. 😜 The one I love most is Dream Cream. The Singapore store retails a 240g tub for S$54, but on the Lush UK online store it’s just £16 (~S$28.50). Big oof!
Lush SG | Lush UK | Savings |
S$54 | £16 (~S$28.50) | ~S$25.50 |
5. Lush Rosie Gift Set
While Lush Singapore and Lush UK offer slightly different choices of gift boxes, I’ve found one that both countries carry – the Rosie gift box. There are four Rosie items in the gift box: Rose Jam Bubbleroon, Ro’s Arian Body Conditioner, Rose Jam Shower Gel, and Rose Jam Body Spray. I’ll have to fork out S$99 for the Rosie gift box in Singapore, but it’s only £37 (~S$66) on the Lush UK online store. I’m not crying, you’re crying. 😭
Lush SG | Lush UK | Savings |
S$99 | £37 (~S$66) | ~S$33 |

Is it Still Worth Buying From Lush UK?
Yes, but you have to be smart with your purchases. If you haven’t noticed, the price increase in each weight category (under 10kg) is only by a few British pounds. This means that you shouldn’t just buy one shower gel from Lush UK. Instead, you should be buying in larger quantities to make your product savings and shipping rates more worth it. Here’s a comparison of buying various quantities of Lush Sleepy Shower Gel from Singapore and the UK:
Sleepy Shower Gel | Lush SG | Lush UK (w/ shipping) | Savings |
x 1 | S$41 | S$42.40 | +S$1.40 |
x 3 | S$123 | S$92.10 | S$30.90 |
x 5 | S$205 | S$155.90 | S$49.10 |
One Lush Sleepy Shower Gel is S$41 in Singapore, but it’s S$42.40 from the UK (shipping included). You’ll be paying an extra S$1.40, not worth it right?
However, three Lush Sleepy Shower Gel is S$123 in Singapore, but only S$92.10 from the UK (shipping included). You save S$30.90 in this case!
