You probably know what we’re all about by now. As your go-to multi-currency mobile wallet with amazing wholesale exchange rates, we’re all about helping you save on all those pesky bank and transaction fees. Q: My card will be expiring in October. How do I get a new card?
Worried about your card expiring? Don’t fret! When your card is about to expire, you’ll be notified as early as 40 days ahead of time via a renewal banner. This banner will appear in the home section of your app. Simply click the banner, follow the instructions given, and you’re on your way to renewing your card!
Q: If I use an ATM overseas for withdrawal, is the pin the same 4 digits we use to log in to the app?
Absolutely! Your YouTrip app 4-digit login PIN is the same as your ATM pin for withdrawals when you use your YouTrip card.
Q: Is there any chance that more currencies will be added to the wallet for exchange beforehand?
We are constantly looking for ways to improve our app and are always taking notes on user feedback (like yours!) for future feature product improvements. In the meantime, you can continue to enjoy purchases using 150 currencies worldwide –— with no additional fees!
Q: Is the YouTrip card an EZ-Link/ATM card too?
Yes, you’re only able to use the EZ-Link feature of your YouTrip card for public transportation in Singapore. Overseas ATM withdrawals are possible too! Look out for ATMs that display Mastercard, Maestro, and/or Cirrus logos.
