How Do I Invite My Friends To YouTrip?
Before you start selling the idea to your mates — here are some simple but essential steps and pointers to note about the YouTrip Referral Programme so that all your referrals get completed properly.
Step 1: Simply copy the referral link generated in your YouTrip app
After clicking on the grey banner on your homepage, you’ll be brought to another page with your own personalised link that you can copy and paste to whichever chat you need to. We made it extra easy with buttons for your favourite chat messengers like WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook Messenger.
Step 2: Your referee must sign up by clicking through the link
Okay, this is the part that you need to make sure your referee gets right. If your referee clicks on the link but doesn’t follow through on that same window, you will not receive the five bucks. We suggest stressing the importance of this to your pals for the sake of your wallet. Repeat after me: ‘Referees must sign up by clicking through the link!’.
Step 3: Your referee must activate & make a top-up (no min amount) for the referral to be counted as successful
After signing up, they should receive the card in the mail a few days later. Now all they have to do is activate their card by keying in their 10-digit Y-number located at the bottom-left corner of their YouTrip card — there will be an ‘activate now’ button sent through a verification email. Thereafter, a quick top-up of any value can be done and the referral will be a success!

Your referral reward will appear once you’ve made a top-up of any value into your new YouTrip account!
Q: Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
Not at all! Invite away!
Q: How long is my referral link valid for?
Your referral link is valid for 60 days, after which it’ll be invalid and you’ll have to send a new one.
