It’s finally that time of the year when Christmas cheer fills the air, beautiful decorations are up on every corner, and most Singaporeans fly as north as possible in search of better weather — Well, not anymore! After a three-year hiatus, The Great Bay Fiesta returns with attractions grander than ever, setting camp in the Bayfront Event Space from the 1st of December till New Year’s Day 2023.
The Show Master — a new entertainment arm by old and trusty Uncle Ringo organises the Great Bay Fiesta and spoils us with four entertainment avenues. Head to “The Great Cirque de Cascades” for thrilling and magical circus shows, The Great World Carnival for your perfect K-Drama carnival date, Ice Magic for a snowy winter in the middle of sunny Singapore, and of course, the Great Food Fiesta to keep you well-fed throughout the festival! 1. Death-Defying Circus Acts At The Great Cirque Des Cascades

Circus are veteran entertainers. And although VFX and stunts in films just keep getting better, nothing compares to beholding the real act. Seated in the 1000 seater, climate-controlled Big Top, witness nine premier circus acts brought to dazzle Singapore from all over Europe.
These include Duo Adrenlina, recognised as the world’s most dangerous act, so be prepared for your heart to thud in your ears when Crossbow Slingers fire crossbows with utmost precision while their partner’s life lies at stake. 2. Rewind Into The Old Days With the Great World Carnival By Uncle Ringo

We’re all children at heart, so who doesn’t love a good old-fashioned Uncle Ringo Carnival? Relish childhood nostalgia by riding classic rides like Ringo Slide, Big Carousel, Pirate Ship, and Bumper Cars! Though designed as your usual carnival, in this year’s Marina Bay Singapore Countdown 2023, you’ll find something pioneering and futuristic at Uncle Ringo: an experiential inflatable playland reimagined by Prime Planet Ape! The original NFT comes to life for everyone’s enjoyment as Uncle Ringo steps into the Web3 landscape to explore an omnichannel integrated experience for its visitors.
What’s more, The Great Bay Fiesta will also be the main Giving Hub for SG Cares Giving Week through December. 5% of the total revenue earned by the Fiesta on Tuesdays at 7 PM shows will be donated to performing beneficiaries such as the Breast Cancer Foundation, SASCO Khatib Active Ageing Center, and more. 3. Bundle Up At Ice Magic: Great Fantasy On Ice

“Let it Go” at Ice Magic! The biggest pop-up winter-themed attraction you can find on our tropical island, this 2,400 sqm of winter playground is open to guests from 1 December to 1 January 2023. With Beijing-Winter-Olympics-grade snow, show off your best snowman or snow angel-making skills amidst the gentle, romantic drizzle of snowfall. Take your loved one on a date to try ice cycling, bowling, or curling (all very beloved ice sports), or sip your cold beer and ice-themed cocktails at the Ice Bar. And just to top it off with a flourish, Chocolate Origin will be operating a pop-up cafe at Ice Magic, so you can get your quintessential winter experience.
