It’s 2023! Make this your go-to all-in-one guide to stacking annual leaves, 2023 public holidays, and weekends to multiply your 10 days to a whopping 35 days off in 2023.

In the latest list of gazetted public holidays released by the Ministery of Manpower earlier today, it has come to our attention that 2023 will be bringing with it six long weekends. That means 18 days by default (including weekends). Add 10 extra days off, thanks to public holidays, coupled with 7 days of annual leave — and you’ve got yourself 35 glorious days to vacation. To help you out, we’ve come up with the number of leave days you can take for each stretch to help you fully maximise your 2023 public holidays and long weekends.

2023 Public Holidays & Long Weekends

To note: We left out Hari Raya Puasa (22 April) and Vesak Day (3 June) because those public holidays fall on a Saturday. You may or may not get off-in-lieu. To make it fair, we’ve only included dates that either fall on Sundays and thus contribute to Mondays off or ones on weekdays.
