Effective from 17 October 2024: To ensure online payments remain uninterrupted, update your app and adjust your online transaction limit today as we implement new security measures!

Your security is, and always will be, our top priority. We’re implementing stronger security measures to ensure your transactions are fully protected. These enhancements will give you greater control and peace of mind when spending online, so you can shop with confidence wherever, whenever.

What’s new?

From 17 October 2024 onwards, your default transaction limit for online payments will be set to S$1,000. To ensure smooth payments, adjust your transaction limit ahead of time to avoid any potential disruptions once the new limits take effect.

How to adjust your transaction limit:

1️⃣ Update your YouTrip App

2️⃣ Open your YouTrip app > ‘More’ > ‘Wallet & Transaction Limits’

3️⃣ Select ‘Online Transaction Limit’ to adjust how much you can spend in a single online transaction 

4️⃣ Once adjusting your online transaction limit, you’ll now be able to make online payments without any disruption.
