YouTrip Upsized Referral Campaign 2025

Terms and Conditions

The YouTrip Upsized Referral Campaign (“Promotion“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

  1. Promotion Period
    1. The Promotion will be valid from 29 May 2025 to 29 June 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
    2. The award of the Reward 2 (as defined below) will be credited by 15 September 2025 after YouTrip has verified that the eligibility requirements have been met.
  2. Eligibility
    1. To participate in the Promotion, the YouTrip cardholder must have been invited by YouTrip to take part in the Promotion via email, push notification and/or in-app banner pop up (“Participant“).
    2. In addition, the Participant and Referee (where applicable) must fulfil all of the following conditions:
      1. The Participant must successfully share their unique referral link found via the YouTrip app to a new YouTrip user (“Referee“) during the Promotion Period.
      2. The Referee must sign up for a YouTrip account using the unique referral link and submit their Know-Your-Customer (“KYC“) during the Promotion Period. 
      3. The Referee shall be deemed to have fulfilled the Activation Requirement when:
        1. The sign-up process is completed, including KYC submission, regardless of the approval status; and
        2. Either activate their physical YouTrip card or successfully top up their YouTrip wallet (“Activation Requirement“).
      4. Upon fulfilling the Activation Requirement, both the Participant and the Referee will immediately receive Reward 1 (as defined below) (Participant and Referee shall collectively be referred to as “Eligible Awardee(s)”).
      5. To be eligible for Reward 2 (as defined below), the Referee must meet all of the following criteria:
        1. Fulfil the Activation Requirement; and
        2. Make a minimum spend of S$500 within 2 months of account activation (“Spending Requirement”). 
    3. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.
    4. Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Reward (as defined below).
  3. Reward
    1. This Promotion consists of the following rewards “Reward“:
      1. Eligible Awardees will receive S$5 YouTrip credits (“Reward 1”) upon fulfilment of the Activation Requirement. 
      2. An additional S$20 YouTrip credits (“Reward 2”) will be awarded to the Eligible Awardees upon fulfilment of the Spending Requirement. 
    2. The Promotion is limited to a total Reward quota of 2,000 referrals.
      1. Eligible Awardees who qualify for Reward 2 will be counted toward this Reward quota. Qualification for Reward 1 alone does not count toward the 2,000-referral cap. 
      2. The Reward will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to verification by YouTrip that all eligibility requirements have been met.
    3. Reward will be automatically credited to the Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip wallet by 15 September 2025 after YouTrip has verified that the eligibility conditions have been fulfilled.
    4. Successful participation in the Promotion, i.e., meeting the eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2.2, does not guarantee the Participant and/or the corresponding Referee a Reward.
    5. Transactions that are refunded, reversed, or otherwise cancelled will not count toward the eligibility requirement for the Reward.
  4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
    1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or claw back the Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest, or inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.
    2. YouTrip, its affiliates, and representatives will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we need to verify your identity, we will ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.
  5. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
    1. All Reward granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss, or expiry of an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip account).
    2. For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund, or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.
    3. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which was granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest, or inappropriate conduct as described in clause 4.1 of No Fraud or Violation of Terms.
  6. Change of Terms and Termination
    1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
  7. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant and the corresponding Referee shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these T&Cs.
    2. The Participant and the corresponding Referee shall also be deemed to have:
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
  8. Governing Law
    1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
