Terms and Conditions

The YouTrip Trippie Quiz Giveaway (“Promotion“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

 

  1. Promotion Period
    1. The Promotion will commence from 25 September 2025 and will end on 24 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
    2. The announcement of the Winners (as defined below) will be made by 7 November 2025.
    3. The award of the Reward (as defined below) will be made by 24 November 2025.
  2. Eligibility
    1. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the user must be a YouTrip Singapore account holder (“Participant“).
    2. In addition, the Participant must fulfil all of the following conditions to be an “Eligible Awardee”:
      1. Follow @YouTripSG on Instagram, repost and like the pinned Trippie Quiz giveaway post.
      2. Tap the link-in-bio to take the Trippie Quiz.
      3. Share your Trippie Quiz result on Instagram Story & tag @YouTripSG.
      4. The Participant must keep their profile public throughout the Promotion Period.
    3. A bonus chance will be given if the Eligible Awardee shares their Trippie persona in the comments section.
    4. Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible to receive any Reward (as defined below) under this Promotion.
    5. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.
  3. Reward
    1. This Promotion consists of the following “Reward“:
      1. Ten Eligible Awardees (based on the criteria above) will be randomly selected (‘Winners’) from among all Eligible Awardees on Instagram by YouTrip by 24 November 2025.
      2. The Winners will receive a Trippie Blind Box and S$150 in YouTrip credits (non-withdrawable, non-transferable).
      3. The Eligible Awardee must consent to data collection for the purpose of the awarding of the Reward.
      4. Winners will be contacted via email to verify a Singapore delivery address for the Trippie Blind Box, and the Trippie Blind Box will be shipped out by 24 December 2025, subject to address verification, and the YouTrip credits will be automatically credited to the Winner’s YouTrip wallet by 24 November 2025.
      5. YouTrip reserves the right to set the redemption period of the Reward. This will be made known to the winners upon announcement and award of the Reward.
  4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
    1. YouTrip reserves the right to cancel, withhold, substitute or claw back a Reward (or require its return) from a Winner in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include, but are not limited to, the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.
    2. In light of fraud cases, participants should only click on link(s) from YouTrip’s App push notification or directly from YouTrip’s website.
    3. YouTrip will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we do need to verify your identity, we will typically ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.
  5. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
    1. Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of a Winner’s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, a Winner shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.
    2. YouTrip reserves the right to cancel, withhold, substitute or claw back a Reward (or require its return) from a Winner which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by a Winner as described in clause 4 above.
  6. Change of Terms and Termination
    1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
  7. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, and app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed on www.you.co.
  8. Governing Law
    1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
