Terms and Conditions

Overview of Campaign

The YouTrip Travel Fund Campaign (the “Campaign”) gives eligible YouTrip account holders the chance to win S$8,000 in YouTrip credits to fund their travels. A total of eight (8) prizes are available, with three (3) ways to participate.

The Campaign runs from 7 May 2026 to 30 June 2026 (the “Campaign Period”). We may extend, change, or end the Campaign at any time at our discretion.

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set out what you need to know about the Campaign and govern the relationship between you (as a participant) and us, You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

 

Who is eligible to participate in the Campaign?

To take part in the Campaign, you must have an active YouTrip account in good standing, and must not be an employee and/or contractor of YouTrip and its affiliates.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our discretion and may disqualify you if we find you have breached these Terms or any other terms that apply to your account.

 

How do I participate in the Campaign?

There are three (3) ways to participate. You may participate in more than one, provided you meet the relevant conditions.

 

1. New User Sign-Up Draw (5 winners)

To enter the New User Sign-Up Draw, you must:

  1. Be a new YouTrip user who creates a YouTrip account during the Campaign Period; and

  2. Enter the promo code YTRAVELFUND during sign-up.

(Collectively, the “New User Sign-up Draw Conditions”)

Five (5) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible new users who meet the above New User Sign-up Draw Conditions. Each winner will receive S$8,000 in YouTrip credits.

 

2. Existing User Spend Draw + Cashback Reward (2 winners)

To enter the Existing User Spend Draw and earn the Cashback Reward :

  1. Be an existing YouTrip user at the start of the Campaign Period; and

  2. Tap on the Promo banner on your YouTrip app homepage and click ‘Join now’ to opt in; and then

  3. Spend at least S$400 using your YouTrip account during the Campaign Period (your “Qualifying Transactions”).

(Collectively, the “Existing User Spend Draw Conditions”)

Both point-of-sale (POS) and online transactions are eligible. ATM withdrawals and other non-card transactions will not count towards the Qualifying Transactions. Your Qualifying Transactions must be genuine — any transactions that are refunded, reversed, cancelled, or otherwise invalidated will not be counted. 

For the avoidance of doubt, any transactions made with the following Merchant Category Codes (“MCC”) shall not count towards the Qualifying Transactions and shall not be eligible for the cashback reward:

6300: Insurance Sales, Underwriting and Premiums

6381: Insurance – Premiums

3429: Insurance Rent-A-Car

5960: Direct Marketing Insurance Services

If you are among the first 4,500 eligible participants to meet all the Existing User Spend Draw Conditions above, you will receive 3% cashback reward on your cumulative qualifying spend during the Campaign Period, capped at S$12. Your cashback will be automatically credited to your YouTrip wallet by 30 July 2026. The cashback is yours personally and cannot be transferred to another YouTrip wallet or account.

In addition to the cashback reward above for existing users, two (2) winners will also be randomly selected from all eligible existing users who meet the above Existing User Spend Draw Conditions. Each winner will receive S$8,000 in YouTrip credits.

 

3. Social Giveaway (1 winner)

To enter the Social Giveaway, you must complete all of the following during the Campaign Period:

  1. Play Trippie Chomp at https://youtrip-trippie-chomp.pages.dev/   

  2. Follow @YouTripSG on Instagram; 

  3. Share your game results on your Instagram Story and tag @YouTripSG.

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced on YouTrip’s Instagram page. The winner will receive S$8,000 in YouTrip credits.

Prize fulfilment for all winners

Winners will be contacted by Instagram direct message or email by 15 July 2026, with instructions on how to claim their prize. Any winner who fails to respond by the stipulated deadline  shall be deemed to have forfeited their prize, and YouTrip is not required to select a replacement winner.

YouTrip credits awarded as prizes will be credited into the winner’s YouTrip wallet, and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash.

What else should I know?

  1. Your participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms as well as YouTrip’s General Terms and Conditions, available at www.you.co.

  2. All rewards under this Campaign are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

  3. We reserve the right to refuse or claw back any rewards where we believe there has been fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms. This includes use of false or duplicate identities, bots, fake social media accounts, or any other dishonest conduct.

  4. If we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or other terms applicable to your account, you authorise us to deduct any cashback or credits awarded to your account as a result of this Campaign.

  5. YouTrip, our affiliates, and representatives will never ask you for your one-time password (OTP) or full card number. We may request your Y-number for verification purposes only — this cannot be used to make transactions.

  6. We may change these Terms, or change, suspend, or stop the Campaign at any time and at our sole discretion.

  7. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to these Terms and agree to receive communications from us via email, phone, SMS, and app notifications in line with our Privacy Policy at www.you.co.

  8. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
