YouTrip Mastercard x Singapore Airlines Promotion
(KrisShop e-voucher) July 2022

Terms and Conditions

The YouTrip Mastercard x Singapore Airlines Promotion (“Promotion“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”). The KrisShop e-voucher (“KrisShop e-voucher”) is run by Mastercard® and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

  1. Promotion Period
    1. The Promotion will commence from 5 July 2022 and will end on 31 July 2022 (“Promotion Period”).
    2. The KrisShop e-voucher will commence from 28 June 2022 and will end on 31 July 2022. Eligible bookings will receive the KrisShop e-voucher via email from Singapore Airlines after the end of the campaign period, by 30 September 2022.
  2. Eligibility
    1. To qualify for eligibility, the user must be a YouTrip user to take part in the Promotion (“Participant“).
    2. In addition, a Participant must fulfil the following conditions to be an “Eligible Awardee“:
      1. For Promotion: The Participant must have paid for their Singapore Airlines flight tickets departing from Singapore booked on singaporeair.com, SingaporeAir mobile app, or a Singapore Airlines Appointed Travel Agent within the Promotion Period. 
      2. In addition, the Participant must have paid for their Singapore Airlines flight ticket with their YouTrip Mastercard, and registered for the Promotion via the Promotion Registration Form.
      3. For KrisShop e-voucher (as defined below): To participate in KrisShop e-voucher, the Participant must successfully register for the KrisShop e-voucher here. 
    3. Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the Promotion.
    4. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip and Mastercard reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.
    5. For the avoidance of doubt, Mastercard® reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in KrisShop e-voucher. 
  3. KrisShop e-voucher
    1. The eligible Participant will receive 1 x S$50 KrisShop e-voucher for every S$800 spent per booking reference. Limited to a maximum of 4 KrisShop e-vouchers per booking reference. 
    2. Limited to the first 1,000 S$50 KrisShop e-vouchers issued to eligible bookings who have successfully registered for the offer, on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.
    3. Eligible bookings will receive the KrisShop e-voucher via email from Singapore Airlines after the end of the campaign period, by 30 September 2022.

  4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
    1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Cashback Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.
  5. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
    1. This Promotion is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Cashback Reward. 
    2. YouTrip users who refunded their Singapore Airlines flight tickets subsequently after booking will be subjected to clawback of Cashback Reward. 
    3. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Rewards from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above. 
  6. Change of Terms and Termination
    1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
  7. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
  8. Governing Law
    1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
