YouTrip Mobile Provision Campaign (9 Apr - 30 Jun 2026)

Terms and Conditions

The YouTrip Mobile Spend Campaign (“Promotion”) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).

  1. Promotion Period
    1. The Promotion will be valid from 9 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
    2. The Cashback Reward (as defined below) will be credited or awarded by 30 Jul 2026.
  2. Eligibility
    1. The Promotion is open to YouTrip account holders.
    2. To participate for the Promotion, a YouTrip account holder must fulfil the following conditions:
      1. Participate by tapping on the Promo banner displayed on their YouTrip app homepage, and clicking the ‘Join now’ button on the campaign page (“Participant”).
      2. Link their YouTrip card to their Apple Pay or Google Pay.
      3. Complete a spend of at least S$1 per transaction during the Promotion Period.
      4. A “Qualifying Transaction” means a successful point-of-sale (“POS”) mobile contactless transaction made using their YouTrip card via Apple Pay or Google Pay, with a minimum spend of S$1 per transaction, that is not subsequently refunded, reversed, cancelled or otherwise invalidated. Online, in-app, e-commerce, card-not-present, or wallet-to-wallet transactions are excluded and will not be counted as a Qualifying Transaction. 
      5. For public transport transactions, one (1) Qualifying Transaction shall mean one (1) consolidated or lump-sum SimplyGo fare deduction reflected in the Participant’s YouTrip account, regardless of the number of individual taps or rides made. This is due to SimplyGo’s transaction processing and reporting structure, where multiple public transport taps may be consolidated into a single fare deduction. As such, YouTrip is only able to identify and track SimplyGo fare deductions, and not individual transit taps, and each consolidated SimplyGo deduction will be counted as one (1) Qualifying Transaction.

    3.  Except for any employees of YouTrip and its affiliates, each Participant who fulfills the conditions set out in Clause 2.2 above, subject to the quota in Clause 3.1.3 below shall be an “Eligible Awardee” for the Cashback Reward (as defined below).
    4. For avoidance of doubt, employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible to receive any Rewards (as defined below).
    5. YouTrip reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any person from participating in the Promotion.
  3. Rewards
    1. The Promotion consists of the following “Cashback Reward”.
      1. Each Eligible Awardee will receive S$15 YouTrip credits.
      2. Each Eligible Awardee may only receive the Cashback Reward once.
      3. The Cashback Reward is limited to the first 10,000 Eligible Awardees on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the timestamp their Qualifying Transaction.
      4. Successful participation of the Promotion, i.e. meeting the eligibility criteria outlined in Clause 2.2 above, does not guarantee the Participant a Cashback Reward due to the Cashback Reward quota.
        1. If you are the first 10,000 Eligible Awardees, you will receive the Cashback Reward.
        2. Once the Cashback Reward quota is fully exhausted, Eligible Awardees will not receive a Cashback Reward even if the qualifying conditions are met.
      5. Transactions that are refunded, reversed, cancelled or otherwise invalidated will not count toward the minimum Qualifying Transaction requirement for the Cashback Reward.
      6. The Cashback Reward will be automatically credited to an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip wallet by 30 July 2026.
      7. The Cashback Reward will only be credited to an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip wallet and cannot be assigned to any other YouTrip wallet, meaning only the Eligible Awardee that earned the Cashback Reward will receive the Cashback Reward.
  4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
    1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or claw back any Reward or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee and/or Additional Prize Winner in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest, or inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip.
    2. Such conduct includes but is not limited to: the use of false or duplicate identities, automation or bot use, misrepresentation of default card status, or any other malicious activity.
    3. YouTrip, its affiliates, and representatives will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your full YouTrip card number. For verification purposes, we may request your Y-number, which cannot be used for transactions.
  5. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
    1. All Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
    2. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Reward from the account balance or reclaim any Additional Prize if it was awarded due to a breach of these T&Cs or fraudulent conduct.
  6. Change of Terms and Termination
    1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
  7. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these T&Cs.
    2. The Participant shall also be deemed to have agreed to receive communications from YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, and app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy at www.you.co, and agreed to the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed on www.you.co.
  8. Governing Law
    1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
