YouTrip Mega Travel Day Promotion

Terms and Conditions

The YouTrip Mega Travel Day Promotion (“Promotion“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

  1. Promotion Period
    1. The Promotion will be valid on 1 October, 1 November & 1 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”) only.
  2. Eligibility
    1. To qualify for eligibility, the participant must be a current YouTrip card holder with an active YouTrip account in good standing (“Participant“).
    2. In addition, the Participant must fulfil the following conditions to be an “Eligible Awardee“:

      1. The Participant must fulfil the applicable conditions set out in Clause 3.

      2. Employees and contractors of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive the Cashback Reward.

      3. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine eligibility and disqualify any person from participating in the Promotion.

  3. YouTrip Perks Offers and Reward
    1. Participants may access promotional cashback rewards or discounts through the YouTrip Perks platform within their YouTrip app during the Promotion Period.
    2. To qualify for a Perks Reward, the Participant must:
      1. Click on the “Redeem Now” button on the banner displayed on their YouTrip Perks page.
      2. Make their purchase from any of the following featured YouTrip Perks merchants:
        1. Trip.com
        2. Klook
        3. Agoda
        4. Booking.com
        5. Traveloka
        6. Expedia
        7. KKday
      3. The Participant must follow through with their purchase process from YouTrip Perks to the respective Merchant site and complete the booking or purchase using their YouTrip card, and complete the checkout successfully while being actively tracked.
        1. If the Participant jumps out of the check-out process (even if to check on a message or just happen to close their browser), the Participant will need to click through to YouTrip Perks again to re-purchase to ensure that they are eligible to participate in this Promotion and to get their cashback successfully.
        2. Participation will be voided if the Participant exits the Merchant page after accessing it from YouTrip Perks or Perks (from the YouTrip app) or clicks on any external link or widget from the Merchant’s site.
        3. All purchases must be completed within the same window on the same day for successful participation.
      4. The Cashback or Discount will be as listed in the respective YouTrip Perks merchant listing in the YouTrip app and is subject to the terms and conditions stated in the respective merchant listing.
      5. For the avoidance of doubt:
        1. Successful participation in the Promotion does not guarantee the Participant a Perks Reward.
        2. All cashback rates vary for each item, and the exact cashback rate will only be known once the transaction is successfully tracked by the relevant merchant partner.
        3. All cashback rates are subject to the relevant merchant partner’s discretion and the eligibility of selected activities.
        4. Any applicable discount will be automatically applied on Agoda and Booking.com if the booking is eligible.
        5. The Expedia coupon (YOUTRIP18) is only valid on eligible bookings when the Participant (i) books via the designated Expedia website linked through YouTrip and (ii) pays at the time of booking. Participants should refer to the Expedia T&Cs in the YouTrip Perks tab in-app for more information.
        6. All promo codes and discount codes are first-come, first-served in limited quantities,
        7. All promo codes and discount codes, including those issued by YouTrip, will not be eligible for Klook cashback.

        8. Any applicable Perks Reward will be automatically credited to an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip wallet in accordance with the T&Cs stated in the respective merchant listing in YouTrip Perks, provided that the purchase is deemed eligible for cashback.

  4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
    1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Cashback Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.
    2. In light of fraud cases, participants should only click on the registration link(s) from YouTrip’s App push notification or directly from YouTrip’s website.
    3. YouTrip will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we do need to verify your identity, we will typically ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.
  5. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
    1. Cashback Reward granted under this Promotion is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Cashback Reward.
    2. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.
  6. Change of Terms and Termination
    1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
  7. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
    2. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions of YouTrip. In case of dispute, the decision of  YouTrip shall be final.
  8. Governing Law
    1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
