YouTrip July Social Giveaway 2026
(8 July - 4 August 2026)

Terms and Conditions

The YouTrip July Social Giveaway 2026 (“Promotion“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

  1. Promotion Period
    1. The Promotion will commence from 8 July 2026 and will end on 4 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
      1. 8 July 2026 – Week 1 Giveaway
      2. 15 July 2026 –  Week 2 Giveaway
      3. 22 July 2026 – Week 3 Giveaway
      4. 29 July 2026 – Week 4 Giveaway
    2. The announcement of the Reward (as defined below) for each giveaway round will be on the following dates:
      1. 15 July 2026 – Week 1 Giveaway
      2. 22 July 2026 – Week 2 Giveaway
      3. 29 July 2026 – Week 3 Giveaway
      4. 5 August 2026 – Week 4 Giveaway
    3. The award of the Reward (as defined below) will be by 30 August 2026.
  2. Eligibility
    1. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the user must be a YouTrip user (“Participant“).
    2. In addition, the Participant must fulfil all of the conditions stated in the relevant social media post by us to be an “Eligible Awardee”:
      1. Follow us @YouTripSG on Instagram, repost and like our giveaway post. 
      2. Share the giveaway post on their Instagram Story and tag us @YouTripSG.
      3. Follow the instructions set out in the relevant social media giveaway post published by YouTrip.
      4. The Participant must have a YouTrip Singapore account and keep their Instagram account set to public throughout the giveaway period.
    3. Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Reward (as defined below).
    4. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.
  3. Reward
    1. This Promotion consists of the following “Reward“:
      1. Week 1 Giveaway: Three (3) Eligible Awardees (based on the criteria above) will be randomly selected by YouTrip on 15 July 2026, with each winner receiving one (1) Yochi gift card worth S$30.
      2. Week 2 Giveaway: Three (3) Eligible Awardees (based on the criteria above) will be randomly selected by YouTrip on 22 July 2026, with each winner receiving one (1) gift card worth S$22.
      3. Week 3 Giveaway: Two (2) Eligible Awardees (based on the criteria above) will be randomly selected by YouTrip on 29 July 2026, with each winner receiving one (1) buffet-for-two dining experience.
      4. Week 4 Giveaway: Three (3) Eligible Awardees (based on the criteria above) will be randomly selected by YouTrip on 5 August 2026, with each winner receiving YouTrip credits.
  4. Receiving The Reward(s)
    1. All Rewards are non-withdrawable, non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.
    2. To receive their Reward, Eligible Awardees must consent to YouTrip’s collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of identity verification.
    3. YouTrip will publicise the results of the Promotion on its social media channel as an Instagram Story.
    4. YouTrip will notify Eligible Awardees via email with details on Reward redemption. The Eligible Awardees are responsible for checking their emails for such details.
    5. Any Eligible Awardee who fails to respond to YouTrip’s email on Reward redemption by the deadline stipulated in the email shall be deemed to have forfeited and irrevocably waived all rights to the Reward.
    6. All Eligible Awardees whose Rewards have been unclaimed, unredeemed or forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation, regardless of whether the Eligible Awardee has been notified of their failure to claim or redeem, or the forfeiture, of the Reward. YouTrip shall have sole discretion to determine how all unclaimed, unredeemed and forfeited Rewards shall be handled.
    7. YouTrip shall not be liable to compensate any Eligible Awardee if they are unable to redeem or otherwise utilise the Reward for reasons not within YouTrip’s control, including the Eligible Awardee’s inability or failure to find or secure a booking on their desired travel date via YouTrip’s appointed travel partner. 
  5. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
    1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.
    2. In light of fraud cases, participants should only click on link(s) from YouTrip’s App push notification or directly from YouTrip’s website.
    3. YouTrip will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we do need to verify your identity, we will typically ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.
  6. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
    1. Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.
    2. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.
  7. Change of Terms and Termination
    1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
  8. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
  9. Governing Law
    1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.June
