Giveaway Promotion (13 May - 23 June 2024)

The YouTrip’s You Want It, YouTrip It Promotion (“Promotion“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

1. Promotion Period
   1. The Promotion will commence from 13 May 2024 and will end on 23 June 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
   2. The award of the Reward (as defined below) will be by 23 August 2024.
2. Eligibility
   1. The YouTrip cardholder (“Participant“) will be considered eligible for the Promotion if he/she fulfils any of the following conditions to be an “Eligible Awardee”:
      1. 1 Chance: The Participant must be a new user and sign up with the code to get 1 chance of winning.
      2. 3 Chances: The Participant who is an existing YouTrip user must fulfil all of the following conditions to get 3 chances of winning:
         1. Follow YouTrip’s Instagram or TikTok page @YouTripSG and like the pinned Giveaway post.
         2. Share the following in a TikTok video/Post or Instagram Story/Reel/Post:
            1. Share with us how you YouTrip It on your travels and use our audio.
            2. The Participant needs to set his/her social media profile to public for the duration of Promotion Period & tag @YouTripSG and use the hashtag #YTRIPIT.
         3. Most creative post/reel will will S$200 in YouTrip credit weekly. Winners will be announced on YouTrip’s Instagram and TikTok story.
      3. 5 Chances: The Participant who is an existing YouTrip user can also refer 1 friend/family member for 5 chances to win.
         1. The Participant must click ‘Redeem now’ on the ‘Perks’ tab in the YouTrip app and send a referral link to their referees.
         2. In order for the referral to be successful, the Participant’s referee must activate their virtual card and do a top-up (no min amount).
         3. The Participant will get 5 chances for each subsequent successful referee(s).
   2. Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Reward (as defined below).
   3. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.
3. Reward
   
   1. 1. One Eligible Awardee (based on the criteria above) with the most chances secured will be selected by YouTrip by 23 July 2024 and awarded the reward by 23 August 2024. 
      2. The Eligible Awardee will receive the following “Reward” – A pair of Singapore Airlines Business Class return direct flight ticket to Japan, Tokyo.
         1. The price of each return direct flight ticket will be capped at S$5,000. If the price of the flight ticket exceeds S$5,000, the additional costs will be borne by the Eligible Awardee.
         2. The return direct flight will depart to and/or return from the same airport and city. The Eligible Awardee will not be able to select arrival or departure from a different airport or city.
      3. The Eligible Awardee must consent to data collection for the purpose of the awarding of the “Reward“.
      4. The Eligible Awardee must be one of the flying passengers and both the Eligible Awardee and partner must travel together on the entire itinerary.
      5. Tickets cannot be transferred or exchanged to/with another person nor rerouted to other destinations; open-dated ticket, open-jaw travel, and en-route stopovers are not permitted.
      6. The “Reward” is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.
      7. The Eligible Awardee must consent to data collection for the purpose of “Reward“.
      8. YouTrip reserves the right to set the redemption period of the “Reward” and all “Rewards” are subjected YouTrip’s blackout dates. This will be made known to the Eligible Awardee upon announcement and award of the “Reward“.
      9. This promotion is in no way sponsored, or administered by, or associated with, Singapore Airlines.This Promotion consists of the following “Reward“.
4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
   1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.
   2. In light of fraud cases, participants should only click on the registration link(s) from YouTrip’s App push notification or directly from YouTrip’s website.
   3. YouTrip will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we do need to verify your identity, we will typically ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.
5. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
   1. Reward granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.
   2. YouTrip reserves the right to rescind the Reward from an Eligible Awardee which was granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.
6. Change of Terms and Termination
   1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
7. Acceptance of Terms
   1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
   2. This giveaway contest is not sponsored by Taylor Swift or affiliated record labels.
   3. This giveaway is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram in any manner.
8. Governing Law
   1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
