The YouTrip Free Shuttle Bus Ride Campaign (“Promotion“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).
- Promotion Period
- The Promotion will be valid from 19 April 2025 to 11 May 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
- Eligibility
- The Promotion is open to YouTrip account holders (“Participants”).
- Participants may book their seats during the Promotion Period via a booking form released on YouTrip’s Telegram channel @SGTravel+Lifestyle Hacks and Instagram stories on the following dates and time:
- 16 April 2025, 2:00 PM (Singapore Time)
- 21 April 2025, 12:00 PM (Singapore Time)
- 28 April 2025, 12:00 PM (Singapore Time)
- 5 May 2025, 12:00 PM (Singapore Time)
- Seats on the shuttle buses and time slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition:
- Each Participant may book only one (1) shuttle bus seat in one (1) time slot for each leg of the journey (Singapore to Johor Bahru and the return journey) during the Promotion Period.
- To be eligible for the Promotion, Participants must book their seats in both legs of the journey (i.e. outbound journey from Singapore to Johor Bahru and the return journey from Johor Bahru to Singapore).
- Each Participant may only submit one booking form during the Promotion Period.
- The Promotion’s booking form will close on the following dates and time, or when all time slots are fully redeemed, whichever comes first:
- 17 April 2025, 2:00 PM (Singapore Time)
- 24 April 2025, 12:00 PM (Singapore Time)
- 1 May 2025, 12:00 PM (Singapore Time)
- 8 May 2025, 12:00 PM (Singapore Time)
- To qualify for the Promotion (i.e. to be an “Eligible Awardee”), the Participant must fulfil the following conditions:
- Complete and submit the Promotion’s booking form with accurate and complete personal details as requested, before the closing of the booking form, in accordance with Clause 2.4 above. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may result in the Participant being refused boarding.

Provide an email address that is registered with YouTrip when completing the Promotion’s booking form.

Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
- Eligible Awardees will receive a submission confirmation email from YouTrip (youtrip.community@you.co) after they have successfully submitted the Promotion booking form. This submission confirmation email is strictly non-transferable and must not be resold, forwarded, or otherwise shared.
- All submitted forms are subject to review and verification by YouTrip, and Participants will receive a follow-up email from community@you.co if their submitted booking is found to be incomplete, invalid or if they are otherwise ineligible for the Promotion. If Participants do not receive such an email within two (2) days before their outbound journey departure date, their booking is considered confirmed.
- In the event that a Participant replaces their YouTrip card after submitting the Promotion booking form, they are required to notify YouTrip at community@you.co. Please note that a card replacement will result in a change to the Participant’s Y-number. Failure to provide timely notice may affect the Participant’s eligibility or access to the free bus rides.
- Rescheduling or cancellation of bookings is not permitted. In the event of a no-show, the booking shall be deemed forfeited and void. YouTrip reserves the right to assign any available or unfilled seats to walk-in Participants at the pick-up point at its sole discretion.
- YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any Participant from participating in this Promotion.
- Promotion Mechanics
- Bus service information
- Bus services will operate on the following dates and times during the Promotion Period:
- 19 – 20 April 2025, 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM (Singapore Time)
- 26 – 27 April 2025, 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM (Singapore Time)
- 03 – 04 May 2025, 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM (Singapore Time)
- 10 – 11 May 2025, 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM (Singapore Time)
- The appointed bus service operator is WTS Travel & Tours Pte. Ltd.
- A total of four (4) buses, each with a seating capacity of 45 passengers each, will be available for booking in this Promotion. No standing on the bus is permitted, and only Eligible Awardees with confirmed seats will be permitted to board.
- Bus services will operate on the following routes:
- Singapore to Johor Bahru: Pick-up point at Kranji MRT bus stop, drop-off point at Mid Valley Southkey (North Entrance).
- Johor Bahru to Singapore: Pick-up point at Mid Valley Southkey (North Entrance), drop-off point at Kranji MRT bus stop.
- YouTrip is not liable for any bus delays or cancellations in the bus services provided by WTS Travel & Tours Pte. Ltd, including those caused by unforeseen traffic conditions.
- In the event of delays, Eligible Awardees may contact WTS Travel bus operations hotline @ +65 9672 6361 for bus arrival/delay information updates directly.
- Bus services will operate on the following dates and times during the Promotion Period:
- Eligible Awardees must present their booking confirmation email, and the Y-Number on the back of their YouTrip cards to the bus captain or attendant for verification against the bus manifest. Failure to do so may result in denial of boarding.
- Eligible Awardees must arrive at the designated pick-up location at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled boarding time as indicated in their booking. YouTrip shall not be held responsible for any missed bookings resulting from late arrivals.
- Bus service information
- No Fraud or Violation of Terms
- YouTrip reserves the right to reject, disqualify or cancel the booking of Participant in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.
- In light of fraud cases, participants should only click on the registration link(s) from YouTrip’s App push notification or directly from YouTrip’s website.
- YouTrip will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we do need to verify your identity, we will typically ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.
- Change of Terms and Termination

YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.

- Acceptance of Terms
- By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
- Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
- Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
- By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
- Governing Law
- These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
