Overview of Campaign
The YouTrip Family Launch Campaign (the “Campaign“) lets eligible YouTrip account holders win a year of home cleaning services. Create a Child account during the Campaign Period to stand a chance to win a Helpling gift card valued at S$1,739.40, covering 26 bi-weekly 3-hour Classic cleaning sessions (the “Reward”). Three (3) winners will be selected.
The Campaign runs from 28 May to 30 Jun 2026 (the “Campaign Period“). We may extend, change, or end the Campaign at any time at our discretion.
These terms and conditions (the “Terms“) set out what you need to know about the Campaign and govern the relationship between you (as a participant) and us, You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip“, “we“, “us“, “our“).
Who is eligible to participate in the Campaign?
To take part in the Campaign and qualify for the Reward (“Eligible Participant”), you must have an active YouTrip account in good standing, and must not be an employee and/or contractor of YouTrip and its affiliates.
We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our discretion and may disqualify you if we find you have breached these Terms or any other terms that apply to your account.
How do I participate in the Campaign?
Conditions to earn the Reward (“Conditions”):
- Tap on the Promo banner on your YouTrip app homepage and click ‘Join now’ to opt in; then
- Create and successfully set up at least one (1) Child account during the Campaign Period.
Three (3) winners will be drawn at random from all Eligible Participants who meet the Conditions above. Each winner will receive a Helpling gift card valued at S$1,739.40, which covers 26 bi-weekly 3-hour Classic cleaning sessions. The gift card is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance. Winners will be notified by 14 July 2026, and the gift cards will be issued by 30 July 2026. To redeem the Reward, Winners will need to create a Helpling account. More details on the redemption instructions will be provided via email. The Reward is personal to the Winner and is non-transferrable.
What else should I know?
- Your participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms as well as YouTrip’s General Terms and Conditions, available at www.you.co.
- All rewards under this Campaign are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
- We reserve the right to refuse or claw back any rewards where we believe there has been fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms. This includes use of false or duplicate identities, bots, fake social media accounts, or any other dishonest conduct.
- If we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or other terms applicable to your account, you authorise us to deduct any cashback credited to your account as a result of this Campaign.
- YouTrip, our affiliates, and representatives will never ask you for your one-time password (OTP) or full card number. We may request your Y-number for verification purposes only – this cannot be used to make transactions.
- We may change these Terms, or change, suspend, or stop the Campaign at any time and at our sole discretion.
- By participating in this Campaign, you agree to these Terms and agree to receive communications from us via email, phone, SMS, and app notifications in line with our Privacy Policy at www.you.co.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
