YouTrip Exchange and Spend Campaign

Terms and Conditions

The YouTrip Exchange and Spend Campaign (“Promotion”) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).

  1. Promotion Period
    1. The Promotion will be valid from 11 March 2026 to 26 April 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
    2. The Reward (as defined below) will be credited by 26 May 2026.
  2. Eligibility
    1. The Promotion is open to YouTrip account holders.
    2. To participate for the Promotion, a YouTrip account holder must fulfil the following conditions during the Promotion Period:
      1. Exchange a minimum of S$300 in Japanese Yen from 11 March 2026, 4PM to 12 March 2026 4PM. 
      2. From 13 March 2026, sign up for the Promotion by tapping on the Promo banner displayed on their YouTrip app homepage, and clicking the ‘Join now’ button (“Participant”); and 
      3. Make a minimum cumulative spend of 18,500 JPY in physical retail transactions in-store at Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals using their YouTrip card within 45 days from 13 March 2026 to 26 April 2026 (“Qualifying Transactions”).
    3. Each Participant who fulfils the condition in Clause 2.2 above shall be deemed to be an “Eligible Awardee”. 
    4. For the avoidance of doubt, employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible to receive any Rewards under this Promotion. 
    5. YouTrip reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any person from participating in the Promotion.
  3. Reward
    1. Under this Promotion, the first 4,000 Eligible Awardees are eligible to receive an S$8 cashback each on their total Qualifying Transactions, capped at S$8.
    2. The first 4,000 Eligible Awardees will be identified based on the timestamp of when they fulfil all the eligibility criteria stated in Clause 2.2 above. 
    3. For the avoidance of doubt, any transactions made with the following Merchant Category Codes (“MCC”) shall not count towards the Qualifying Transactions and shall not be eligible for Rewards:

      1. 6300: Insurance Sales, Underwriting and Premiums

      2. 6381: Insurance – Premiums

      3. 3429: Insurance Rent-A-Car

      4. 5960: Direct Marketing Insurance Services

    4. Transactions that are refunded, reversed, cancelled or otherwise invalidated will not count toward the minimum spend for the Reward.
    5. The Reward will be credited to the Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip wallet by 26 May 2026.
  4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
    1. YouTrip reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any claims by an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest, or inappropriate conduct.
    2. Such conduct includes but is not limited to: the use of false or duplicate identities; the use of automation, bots, or scripted processes to participate in or manipulate the Promotion; artificially manipulating account settings, card linkages, or transaction routing in order to manufacture eligibility or inflate Qualifying Transactions; or any other conduct that YouTrip reasonably determines to be fraudulent, dishonest, or otherwise contrary to the spirit of the Promotion.
    3. YouTrip, its affiliates, and representatives will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your full YouTrip card number. For verification purposes, we may request your Y-number, which cannot be used for transactions.
  5. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
    1. All Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
    2. YouTrip reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, deduct, or claw back any Rewards granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee, including by debiting the Eligible Awardee’s account balance, where the Rewards were awarded due to any breach of these T&Cs or any fraudulent, dishonest, or inappropriate conduct.
  6. Change of Terms and Termination
    1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
  7. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these T&Cs.
    2. The Participant shall also be deemed to have agreed to receive communications from YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, and app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy at www.you.co, and agreed to the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed on www.you.co.
  8. Governing Law
    1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
