YouTrip eSIM Social Giveaway

Terms and Conditions

The YouTrip eSIM Social Giveaway (“Promotion“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

  1. Promotion Period
    1. The Promotion will commence from 29 January 2026, 12PM SGT and will end on 5 February 2026, 12PM SGT (“Promotion Period”).
    2. The announcement of the Winners (as defined below) will be made by 27 February 2026.
    3. The award of the Rewards (as defined below) will be made by 10 March 2026.
  2. Eligibility
    1. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the user must be a YouTrip Singapore account holder and participate in YouTrip’s eSIM game (“Participant“).
    2. The Participant must rank among the top five (5) scorers on the leaderboard by the end of the Promotion Period to be an “Eligible Awardee“.
      1. In order to be ranked on the leaderboard, the Participant must submit their score using an email registered to their YouTrip Singapore account.

    3. Each Eligible Awardee is entitled to win only one (1) Reward during the Promotion Period. In the event that an Eligible Awardee qualifies for more than one (1) position within the top five (5) scorers, only the highest-ranked score will be awarded. The remaining positions will be forfeited or reassigned at YouTrip’s discretion.

    4. YouTrip reserves the right to review, invalidate, and disqualify any scores or Participants that are deemed suspicious, fraudulent and manipulated. Any such disqualified entries will be removed from the leaderboard and winner list at YouTrip’s discretion.

    5. In addition, the Participant can also fulfil all of the following conditions to be an “Eligible Awardee”:
      1. Follow @YouTripSG on Instagram, repost and like the pinned eSIM social giveaway post.
      2. Tap the link-in-bio to play the eSIM game.
      3. Share their game score on Instagram Story & tag @YouTripSG.
      4. The Participant must keep their profile public throughout the Promotion Period.
    6. Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible to receive any Rewards (as defined below) under this Promotion.
    7. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.
  3. Rewards
    1. This Promotion consists of the following “Rewards“.
    2. Leaderboard Reward: Five (5) Eligible Awardees will be selected (“Leaderboard  Winners“) based on their highest scores submitted on the leaderboard and will receive YouTrip credits based on their rankings:
      1. 1st place: S$500
      2. 2nd place: S$400
      3. 3rd place: S$300
      4. 4th place: S$200
      5. 5th place: S$100
    3. Instagram Reward: Three (3) Eligible Awardees will be randomly selected (“Instagram Winners“) on Instagram by YouTrip by 27 February 2026.
      1. The Instagram Winners will receive S$100 each in YouTrip credits.
    4. The Eligible Awardees must consent to data collection for the purpose of the awarding of the Rewards.
    5. Leaderboard Winners will be contacted via email for verification, and the YouTrip credits will be automatically credited to their YouTrip wallet by 10 March 2026.
    6. Instagram Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM for verification, and the YouTrip credits will be automatically credited to their YouTrip wallet by 10 March 2026.
    7. YouTrip reserves the right to set the redemption period of the Rewards. This will be made known to the Leaderboard and Instagram Winners upon announcement and award of the Rewards.
  4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
    1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or claw back any Rewards granted or to be granted to a Winner in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest, or inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip.
    2. Such conduct includes but is not limited to: the use of false or duplicate identities, automation or bot use, misrepresentation of default card status, or any other malicious activity.
    3. YouTrip, its affiliates, and representatives will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your full YouTrip card number. For verification purposes, we may request your Y-number, which cannot be used for transactions.
  5. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
    1. All rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances. 
    2. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Reward(s) from the account balance if it was awarded due to a breach of these T&Cs or fraudulent conduct. 
    3. For the avoidance of doubt, a Winner shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.
  6. Change of Terms and Termination
    1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
  7. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these T&Cs.
    2. The Participant shall also be deemed to have agreed to receive communications from YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, and app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy at www.you.co, and agreed to the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed on www.you.co.
  8. Governing Law
    1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
