Terms and Conditions

The YouTrip VTL Holiday Away Instagram Promotion (“Promotion“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

  1. Promotion Period
    1. The Promotion will commence from 30 November 2021 and will end on 17 December 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
    2. The awarding of the Rewards (as defined below) will be by 15 April 2022.
  2. Eligibility
    1. To qualify for eligibility, the participant (“Participant”) must either be a current YouTrip card holder, or successfully sign up for a YouTrip account before 17 December 2021.
    2. In addition, a Participant must fulfil the following conditions to be an “Eligible Awardee“:
      1. For Reward (as defined below): The Participant must enter the promotion by responding to YouTrip’s campaign ‘Add Yours’ sticker on Instagram. The Participant must then register for the Promotion via the registration form.
    3. Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Reward (as defined below).
    4. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.
  3. Reward
    1. This Promotion consists of the following “Reward“:
      1. One Eligible Awardee (based on the criteria above) will be selected by YouTrip on 21 December 2021. The selected Eligible Awardee will receive a Reward of up to S$5,000 – credited on a reimbursement basis to their YouTrip wallet. Reimbursement will be applied on 3 spend categories – flights, accommodation, and overseas in-store foreign currency transactions. Awardees must perform the aforementioned transactions with their YouTrip card in order to be eligible for reimbursement. Eligible spend will be from the period of 22 December 2021 to 31 March 2022.
      2. The Reward will be automatically credited to Eligible Awardees’ YouTrip wallet by 15 April 2022.
  4. Conduct of Draw
    1. The draw for the relevant Promotion will be on 21 December 2021, 12:00PM at the office of YouTrip located at 7 Teo Hong Road, Singapore 088324, or on such other date or time or at such other venue as may be determined by YouTrip. The Winner will be selected at random by YouTrip using a computerised system.
  5. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
    1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.
  6. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
    1. Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.
    2. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.
  7. Change of Terms and Termination
    1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
  8. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
  9. Governing Law
    1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
    2. The promotion is authorised under the Singapore Lucky Draw permit number: LD/969/2021
