Terms and Conditions

The ‘Great Gaming Giveaway’ (28 October – 10 November 2020) Campaign (“Campaign“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip“) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

  1. Campaign Period
    1. The Campaign will run from 28 October to 10 November 2020 (“Campaign Period”).
    2. The selection of awardees will be from 11 – 13 November 2020.
    3. The verification of awardees will be from 16 – 20 November 2020.
    4. The award of the Campaign Rewards (as defined below) will be from 23 November to 4 December 2020.
      1. All Eligible Awardees (as defined below) who are awarded will be notified by 13 November 2020 via the email provided in the Campaign registration form.  
  2. Eligibility
    1. To qualify for eligibility, the Participant (“Participant“) must first have successfully registered on the Campaign participation form within the Campaign Period.
    2. In addition, a Participant must fulfil the following conditions to be an “Eligible Awardee“:
      1. The Participant must be a YouTrip card holder, or have successfully signed up for a YouTrip card within the Campaign Period. 
    3. For a Referee to be considered successfully referred as described in clause 3.2.2 below, the eligible Referee should:
      1. Submit the registered mobile number of the Referee’s YouTrip account on the Campaign referral form. An eligible Participant may submit up to 10 Referees on the Campaign referral form. Should an eligible Participant wish to submit more than 10 Referees, the Participant may submit more than 1 Campaign referral form. 
      2. Refer only new users who have not owned a YouTrip account prior to the Campaign period.
    4. Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Campaign Rewards (as defined below). 
    5. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Campaign. 
  3. Campaign Rewards
    1. This Campaign consists of the following “Campaign Rewards“:
      1. 10 x Steam Digital Gift Cards Valued at S$10 each will be awarded to 10 Eligible Awardees. This reward will be made available for redemption upon accumulating 50 eligible Participants.
      2. 5 x Steam Digital Gift Cards Valued at S$20 each will be awarded to 5 Eligible Awardees. This reward will be made available for redemption upon accumulating 100 eligible Participants. 
      3. 3 x Steam Digital Gift Cards Valued at S$50 each will be awarded to 3 Eligible Awardees. This reward will be made available for redemption upon accumulating 150 eligible Participants. 
      4. 1x SteelSeries Artics 7 Wireless Gaming Headset will be awarded to 1 Eligible Awardee. This reward will be made available for redemption upon accumulating 200 eligible Participants. 
      5. 1x Secretlab OMEGA 2020 Series Chair will be awarded to 1 Eligible Awardee. This reward will be made available for redemption upon accumulating 250 eligible Participants.
    2. The Eligible Awardees will be selected through an electronic ballot according to their earned chances as defined below:
      1. 1 draw chance will be allocated for every eligible Participant
      2. Eligible Participants can earn an additional 1 draw chance for every new user they successfully referred (“Referee“) to YouTrip, and have completed the eligibility criteria as defined in clause 2.3 above.
  4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
    1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Campaign Rewards granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.
  5. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
    1. Campaign Rewards granted under this Campaign are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Campaign Rewards.
    2. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Campaign Rewards from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 4 above.
  6. Change of Terms and Termination
    1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Campaign at any time without prior notification.
  7. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By participating in this Campaign, a Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
  8. Governing Law
    1. This T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
