Travel Intent Survey 2020 Reward

The Travel Intent Survey 2020 Reward (“Survey”) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) are subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).

1. Survey Period
   1. The Promotion will run from 17-Jun-2020 to 23-Jun-2020 23:59 SGT (“Survey Period“).
   2. The selection of the Eligible Awardee (as defined below) will be from 24-Jun-2020 to 26-Jun-2020 (“Selection Period”).
   3. The Eligible Awardees (as defined below) will be notified via email by 03-Jul-2020.
2. Eligibility
   1. 1. A person must fulfil the following conditions to be an Eligible Awardee:
         1. Complete all response on the Travel Intent Survey 2020 questionnaire https://go.you.co/travelintentsurvey
         2. Be a YouTrip cardholder for rewards to be credited
         3. Provide a valid email address as a means of communication.
      2. Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Reward (as defined below).
      3. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.
3. Reward
   1. Selection by Chance: Eligible Awardees will be randomly selected through an electronic ballot on all eligible submissions during the Selection Period.
   2. Two Eligible Awardees will receive 100 Singapore Dollars in the form of YouTrip credits (“Reward”).
   3. Ten Eligible Awardees will receive 10 Singapore Dollars in the form of YouTrip credits (“Reward”).
4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
   1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback any Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but  are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions. 
5. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
   1. Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of  an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim the Reward.
   2. YouTrip reserves the right to either seek reimbursement from an Eligible Awardee or (where the Reward is in the form of credits) deduct the relevant amount from the account balance of the Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by the Eligible Awardee as described in clause [4] above.
6. Change of Terms and Termination
   1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
7. Acceptance of Term
   1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy as disclosed on www.you.co
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed on www.you.co.
8. Governing Law
   1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
