The YouTrip x Seedly Review Campaign (“Campaign”) is governed by these Terms and Conditions and constitutes your contract with YouTrip (Singapore), or its related subsidiaries and affiliates (“YouTrip”):
- Campaign Period
- The Campaign will be conducted from 30th September 2019 (12:00 SGT) to 13th October 2019 (23:59 SGT) (“Campaign Period”).
- The Winner selection period for the Reward will be on 15th October 2019 (00:00 SGT to 23:59 SGT) (“Winner Selection Period”). The Winners will be announced as a comment to the Facebook Campaign Post by 16th October 2019 (23:59 SGT).
- Eligibility
- To be eligible for participation in the Campaign, the Eligible Participant (“Participant”) should meet the following conditions:
- A Singapore citizen, Permanent Resident, or legally residing in the Republic of Singapore.
- Have successfully registered for a YouTrip account
- Employees of YouTrip and its affiliate agencies are not eligible for the redemption of Rewards associated to this Campaign. YouTrip reserves the right to not allow participation by any person, at its sole discretion.
- To be eligible for the Campaign Reward (“Reward“), a Participant should meet the following conditions:
- Successfully completed all Campaign submission requirements stated in the Facebook Campaign Post: (i) Share a review of YouTrip on seedly.com (https://go.you.co/seedlyreview), ii) Comment ‘Done’ to verify the completion of step (i).
- Met all requirements as a Participant before Participating in the Campaign.
- To be eligible for participation in the Campaign, the Eligible Participant (“Participant”) should meet the following conditions:
- Reward
- A Reward of S$20 YouTrip Credits will be credited to ten (10) selected winners each:
- The draw will be conducted based on a collated list of all Campaign submissions by electronic ballot. Each Winner is entitled to receive one (1) pair Reward only.
- The Reward is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, in whole or in part.
- No fraud or violation of terms
- YouTrip reserves the right to reject the Rewards granted or to be granted to the user in case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate, as deemed solely by YouTrip, activities related to this Campaign. Such activities include but is not limited to fraudulent account details, account set up using third party’s information without consent, and other malicious actions.
- No refunds and rights to clawback
- Rewards granted under this Campaign is non-refundable in any forms including cash, and under any circumstances including YouTrip account closure, suspense, loss, and expiry. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct from the account balance of the user or request for reimbursement payment for the relevant awards granted due to fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate activities as described in Clause 4.
- Change of Terms and Termination
- YouTrip reserves the final right to change the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign or terminate this Campaign any time without prior notification.
- Acceptance of Terms
- By participating in this Campaign, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to this the terms and conditions stated herein. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
- Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications according to our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
- Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
- By participating in this Campaign, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to this the terms and conditions stated herein. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:

- This Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore
