YouTrip Mega Travel Fest Promotion

Terms and Conditions

The YouTrip Mega Travel FestPromotion (“Promotion“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

  1. Promotion Period
    1. The Promotion will be valid from 29 January to 4 February 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. Eligibility
    1. To qualify for eligibility, the participant must be a current YouTrip card holder (“Participant“).
    2. In addition, the Participant must fulfil the following condition to be an “Eligible Awardee“:
      1. For Cashback Rewards (as defined below): The Participant must click on the ‘Redeem Now’ button on the banner displayed on their YouTrip Perks page.
      2. The Participant must make their purchase(s) from any of these 4 featured YouTrip Perks Merchants: Trip.com, Klook Agoda, Booking.com to qualify for the Promotion.
      3. The Participant must follow through with their purchase process from YouTrip Perks to the respective Merchant site and complete the checkout successfully while being actively tracked.
        1. If the Participant jumps out of the check-out process (even if to check on a message or just happen to close their browser), the Participant will need to click through to YouTrip Perks again to re-purchase to ensure that they are eligible to participate in this Promotion and to get their cashback successfully.
      4. The Participant must follow through with their purchases once they click on “Redeem Deal” on YouTrip Perks.
        1. Participation will be voided if the Participant exits the Merchant page after accessing it from YouTrip Perks or Perks (from the YouTrip app) or clicks on any external link or widget from the Merchant’s site.
        2. Purchase must be completed within the same window on the same day for successful participation.
    3. Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Cashback Rewards (as defined below).
    4. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.
  3. Cashback Reward
    1. This Promotion consists of the following “Cashback Reward“:
      1. Eligible Awardees (based on the criteria above) will receive a Cashback Reward listed in the respective YouTrip Perks listing in the YouTrip app.
      2. The Cashback Reward is subjected to the T&Cs stated in the respective merchant listing in YouTrip Perks.
        1. Successful participation of Promotion does not guarantee the Participant a Cashback Reward.
        2. Cashbacks rates varies for each item and the exact cashback rates will only be known when it is successfully tracked on merchant partner’s end.
        3. Cashback rate is subjected to partner’s discretion and eligibility of selected activities.
      3. The Cashback Reward will be automatically credited to an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip wallet stated in the T&Cs in the respective merchant listing in YouTrip Perks.
  4. Promo Code Reward
    1. This Promotion consists of the following “Promo Code Reward“:
      1. Trip.com and Klook vouchers are available to all Participants on a first-come-first-served basis. Limited redemptions.
      2. Trip.com and Klook vouchers are stackable with upsized cashbacks via YouTrip Perks
      3. Trip.com Promo code T&Cs
        1. Promotion period: available from 29 Jan 2024 till the end of 4 Feb 2024, or while stocks last. Redemptions (upon a successful booking) are based on first-come, first-served basis.
        2. Promotion platform: “Trip.com Singapore app and website only.”
        3. Singapore-issued YouTrip Cards enjoy additional value of the promo code off the purchase amount
          per booking.
        4. Offer applies to all participating Hotel products with Trip.com presence. Please note that promo codes
          can only be applied to selected hotels. To check if the promo code is applicable, enter promo code on the
          checkout page before final payment to verify.
        5. Users must sign up for a Trip.com account to be able to use the promo code.
        6. Valid for 1-time usage per account during the promo period. Not exchangeable for cash.
        7. Please close all apps and re-login in the Trip.com account to apply the promo code.
        8. Trip.com reserves all rights of final interpretation.
      4. Klook Promo code T&Cs
        1. Each promotion code is valid from 0000h 29 January to 29 February 2024, or until fully checked out, whichever is earlier.
        2. Each promotion code is valid for a one-time use per user account only.
        3. Each promotion code is valid for a limited number of checkouts only. Code redemption does not guarantee availability for use at checkout.

        5. Discount will be applied on the final price and displayed on the payment page if promotion code is successfully applied. No discount will be given if promotion code fails to apply.
        6. This promotion is valid only for YouTrip Singapore users with a Singapore phone number and residence only.
        7. This promotion is valid only for bookings made via Klook’s website and mobile app, excluding listings on third-party platforms (Agoda, Booking.com, Hotels.com).
        8. This promotion does not apply to [Stay+ bundles](https://www.klook.com/en-SG/hotels/stayplus/), Pay at Pickup for [Car
          rentals](https://www.klook.com/en-SG/car-rentals/), [Travel Insurance](https://www.klook.com/en-SG/insurance/products/), and products in the [Non-Applicable Activity List](https://www.klook.com/en-SG/no_applicable_activities_list_new?coupon_forbid_act_batch_ids=1).
        9. This promotion is not valid for mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay).
        10. Prices listed may be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes where applicable.
        11. Privileges cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programmes, offers, discount cards, vouchers or VIP privileges unless otherwise stated.
        12. Klook reserves the right to require payment of fees or charges for any Services offered by Klook.
        13. User shall pay all applicable fees or charges, as described on this Website in connection with such Services selected by user.
        14. Klook reserves the right to change its price list for fees or charges at any time, upon notice to users, which may be sent to users by email or posted on this Website.
        15. Users’ use (or continued use) of the Services offered by Klook following such notification constitutes user acceptance of any new or revised fees or charges.
        16. Klook supports payments in different currencies and rates can be converted into different currencies for user convenience.
        17. Activity rates indicated in a certain currency are at a rate determined by Klook, estimated using market spot rates.
        18. Payment currency will be clearly indicated at time of payment.
        19. Klook reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  5. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
    1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Cashback Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.
    2. In light of fraud cases, participants should only click on the registration link(s) from YouTrip’s App push notification or directly from YouTrip’s website.
    3. YouTrip will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we do need to verify your identity, we will typically ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.
  6. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
    1. Cashback Reward granted under this Promotion is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Cashback Reward.
    2. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.
  7. Change of Terms and Termination
    1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
  8. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
  9. Governing Law
    1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
