YouTrip Australia Mate Pass Referral Campaign 2025

Terms and Conditions

The YouTrip Australia Referral Campaign (“Promotion“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

  1. Promotion Period
    1. The Promotion will be valid from 23 Oct 2025 to 3 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
    2. The award of the Reward (as defined below) will be credited after YouTrip has verified that the eligibility requirements have been met.
  2. Eligibility
    1. To participate in the Promotion, the YouTrip cardholder must have been invited by YouTrip to take part in the Promotion via email, push notification and/or in-app banner pop up (“Participant“).
    2. In addition, the Participant and Referee (where applicable) must fulfil all of the following conditions:
      1. The Participant must be a YouTrip Singapore user and must successfully share their unique referral link found in the YouTrip ‘Mate Pass’ website to their Referee (“Referee”) during the Promotion Period.
      2. The Referee must sign up for a YouTrip Australia account using the unique referral link and submit their Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) during the Promotion Period 
      3. The Referee shall be deemed to have fulfilled the Activation Requirement when:
        1. The sign-up process is completed, including KYC submission, regardless of the approval status; and
        2. Either activate their physical YouTrip card and/or successfully top up their YouTrip wallet (“Activation Requirement“) during YouTrip Australia’s product launch.
      4. Upon fulfilling the Activation Requirement, both the Participant and the Referee will immediately receive Reward (as defined below) (Participant and Referee shall collectively be referred to as “Eligible Awardee(s)”).
    3. Self-referrals (where the Participant and Referee are the same person) are strictly not allowed and will be disqualified.
    4. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.
    5. Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Reward (as defined below).
  3. Reward
    1. This Promotion consists of the following rewards “Reward“:
      1. Eligible Awardees will receive S$15 or A$15 YouTrip credits upon fulfilment of the Activation Requirement. 
    2. Reward will be automatically credited to the Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip wallet 30 days after the Referee has activated their card and YouTrip has verified that the eligibility conditions have been fulfilled.
    3. Successful participation in the Promotion, i.e., meeting the eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2.2, does not guarantee the Participant and/or the corresponding Referee a Reward.
  4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
    1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or claw back the Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest, or inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.
    2. YouTrip, its affiliates, and representatives will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we need to verify your identity, we will ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.
  5. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
    1. All Reward granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss, or expiry of an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip account).
    2. For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund, or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.
    3. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which was granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest, or inappropriate conduct as described in clause 4.1 of No Fraud or Violation of Terms.
  6. Change of Terms and Termination
    1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
  7. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant and the corresponding Referee shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these T&Cs.
    2. The Participant and the corresponding Referee shall also be deemed to have:
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
  8. Governing Law
    1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
