#birthdaytrippin 2.0 Trivia Night Virtual Event 2020

YouTrip #birthdaytrippin 2.0 Trivia Night (27 August 2020) Virtual Event (“Event“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

1. Event Duration
   1. The Event will run from 27 August 2020, 20:30 – 21:00 SGT (“Event Duration”), and will be hosted on YouTrip’s preferred platform, Quizizz (“Platform“) using Zoom as the designated Video Conferencing Service. 
   2. The awarding of winners will be within Event Duration on 27 August 2020.
      1. All Winners (as defined below) who are awarded will be notified by 28 August 2020 via the email provided in the event registration form. 
2. Eligibility
   1.  To qualify for eligibility, an individual (“Participant”) must fulfil the following conditions:
      1. Be a Singapore citizen, permanent resident, or legal resident (holding a valid work or student visa).
      2. Be a YouTrip user
      3. Register and receive Confirmation of Participation from YouTrip through Event Page at go.you.co/bday-trivia (“Event Page“).
      4. Participate in the full duration of the Event on 27 August 2020, 20:30 – 21:30 SGT, as a Participant.
   2. Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of Prizes (as defined below) for any Event Prize. 
   3. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any individual from participating in the Event.
3. Trivia Night Virtual Event Prizes
   1. All registered Participants will participate throughout the Event Duration and be tested on a variety of Trivia Questions, subjected and created by YouTrip. 
   2. Point allocation of all Participants will be determined through a fixed and standardised algorithm by selected Event Platform.
   3. The number of Winner(s) and Event’s prize(s) (“Prize“) is determined and stated on the respective Event Page.
   4. Selection by Merit: 
      1. All Teams who have participated in the Event will be eligible to win the Event Prize.
      2. Registered and Eligible Teams who have the highest number of points, as allocated by the Event Platform, will win the following prizes
         1. The Participant with the highest number of points as allocated by the Event Platform will receive 500 Singapore Dollars in the form of YouTrip credits  (“Grand Prize”).
         2. The Participant with the second highest number of points as allocated by the Event Platform will receive 250 Singapore Dollars in the form of YouTrip credits  (“Grand Prize”).
         3. The Participant with third highest number of points as allocated by the Event Platform will receive 125 Singapore Dollars in the form of YouTrip credits  (“Grand Prize”).
         4. The Participant with the fourth highest number of points as allocated by the Event Platform will receive 85 Singapore Dollars in the form of YouTrip credits  (“Grand Prize”).
         5. The Participant with the fifth highest number of points as allocated by the Event Platform will receive 50 Singapore Dollars in the form of YouTrip credits  (“Grand Prize”).
         6. Remaining Participants with top 15 highest number of points as allocated by the Event Platform will receive 15 Singapore Dollars each in the form of YouTrip credits  (“Consolation Prize”).
         7. Remaining Participants with top 10 highest number of points as allocated by the Event Platform will receive 10 Singapore Dollars each in the form of YouTrip credits  (“Consolation Prize”).
      3. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip  shall not be liable for a Winner’s failure or inability to collect a Prize whether due to a Winner not receiving communications sent to the contact information provided or otherwise. To collect a Prize, Winners must respond to YouTrip within forty-eight (48) hours of initial contact for verification. Each Prize will be distributed to the respective Winners within thirty (30) days after successful verification.
4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
   1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback any Prize granted or to be granted to a Winner in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but  are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; researching of Trivia Questions during the Event; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.
5. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
   1. Prizes granted under the Event are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of the Winner’s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, a Winner shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim a Prize.
   2. YouTrip reserves the right to either seek reimbursement from a Winner or (where the Prize is in the form of credits) deduct the relevant amount from the account balance of the Winner which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by the Winner as described in clause 4 above.
6. Change of Terms and Termination
   1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate the Event at any time without prior notification.
7. Acceptance of Terms
   1. By participating in the Event, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
8. Governing Law
   1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
