YouTrip April 2024 Mystery Getaway

Terms and Conditions

The YouTrip April 2024 Mystery Getaway (“Promotion“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

  1. Promotion Period
    1. The Promotion will commence from 11 April 2024 and will end on 1 May 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
    2. The announcement of the Reward (as defined below) will be on 17 April, 24 April & 1 May 2024.
    3. The award of the Reward (as defined below) will be by 1 July 2024.
  2. Eligibility
    1. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the user must be a YouTrip user (“Participant“).
    2. In addition, a Participant must fulfil all of the following conditions to be an “Eligible Awardee”:
      1. Go to YouTrip’s Instagram or TikTok‘s page @YouTripSG and follow us.
      2. Like the pinned post.
      3. Share with us your 2024 travel hacks and how it’s upped your travel game via a post/reel/story on Instagram or TikTok.
      4. The Participant needs to set his/her Instagram or TikTok profile to public & tag @YouTripSG and use the hashtag #YTHacks2024.
      5. BONUS: Take a photo of our ad as shown in our reel if you’re passing by Raffles Place & tag us in your IG Story!
    3. Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Rewards (as defined below).
    4. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.
  3. Reward
    1. This Promotion consists of the following “Reward“:
      1. Three Eligible Awardees (based on the criteria above) will be randomly selected by YouTrip on 17 April, 24 April and 1 May 2024 respectively. All Eligible Awardees will be awarded the Reward by 1 July 2024. 
      2. Three Eligible Awardee(s) will receive the following Reward – A pair of return direct flight tickets to a Mystery destination and S$500 in YouTrip credits each.
        1. The price of each pair of return direct flight tickets will be capped at S$1,700. If the price of the flight tickets exceed S$1,700, the additional costs will be borne by the Eligible Awardee. 
        2. The Eligible Awardees will be sent a survey to choose their preferred flight dates, seasonal preferences, and activities.
        3. YouTrip reserves the final right to choose the airline of the flight tickets and Mystery destination. 
      3. The Eligible Awardee must consent to data collection for the purpose of the awarding of the Reward.
      4. The Eligible Awardee must be one of the flying passengers and both the Eligible Awardee and partner must travel together on the entire itinerary.
      5. Flight tickets cannot be transferred to another person nor rerouted to other destinations; open-dated ticket, open-jaw travel, and en-route stopovers are not permitted.
      6. YouTrip reserves the right to set the redemption period of the Reward and all Rewards are subjected YouTrip’s blackout dates. This will be made known to the Eligible Awardee upon announcement and award of the Reward.
      7. This promotion is in no way sponsored, or administered by, or associated with, any airlines.
      8. If Eligible Awardee’s flight dates are unredeemed/unconfirmed by 14 June 2024 it will be deemed as forfeited.
  4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
    1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.
    2. In light of fraud cases, participants should only click on link(s) from YouTrip’s App push notification or directly from YouTrip’s website.
    3. YouTrip will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we do need to verify your identity, we will typically ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.
  5. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
    1. Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.
    2. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.
  6. Change of Terms and Termination
    1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
  7. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
  8. Governing Law
    1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
