YouTrip Free S$7 Sign Up Promotion 2025

The YouTrip Free S$7 Sign Up Promotion (“Promotion“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

1. Promotion Period
   1. The Promotion will be valid from 18 June to 2 July 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
   2. The award of the Reward (as defined below) will be credited by 9 July 2025.
2. Eligibility
   1. The Promotion is open to individuals who have downloaded the YouTrip app and registered for an account but have not completed the full sign-up process (“Participant”).
   2. To participate in the Promotion, the Participant must fulfil the following conditions:
      1. The Participant must have received a direct invitation in the form of an email from YouTrip to participate in the Promotion. This direct invitation is non-transferable and only applicable to The Participant.
      2. The Participant must complete their sign up with YouTrip during the Promotion Period.
   3. Except for any employees of YouTrip and its affiliates, each Participant who fulfils the conditions set out in clause 2.2 of  2. Eligibility shall be an “Eligible Awardee“
   4. For the avoidance of doubt, employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible to receive any Cashback Reward (as defined below).
   5. YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.
3. Reward
   1. This Promotion consists of the following “Reward“:
      1. Each Eligible Awardee will receive S$7 YouTrip credits, which will be automatically credited to the Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip wallet by 9 July 2025 after YouTrip has verified the authenticity of the users’ details. 
   2. Successful participation of the Promotion, i.e. meeting the eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2.2 of 2. Eligibility, does not guarantee the Participant a Reward. 
4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
   1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.
   2. Participants should only click on the registration link(s) from YouTrip’s App push notification or directly from YouTrip’s website.
   3. YouTrip, its affiliates and representatives will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we need to verify your identity, we will ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.
5. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
   1. All Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward. 
   2. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 4.1 of No Fraud or Violation of Terms.
6. Change of Terms and Termination
   1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
7. Acceptance of Terms
   1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy  as disclosed in www.you.co.
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
8. Governing Law
   1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
