The YouBiz x TikTok for Business Upsized Cashback Promotion (“Promotion“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouBiz”) and B. TikTok Pte. Ltd. (“TikTok”) is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

1. Promotion Period

1. The Promotion will commence on 19 February 2025 and will end on 31 July 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

2. The Rewards (as defined below) will be awarded to Eligible Participants by the following month after 90 days of YouBiz account approval.

2. Eligibility and Participation

1. To participate in the Promotion, a person must sign up for a new YouBiz account between 19 February and 31 July 2025 (both dates inclusive) with the promo code provided on YouBiz’s website. Upon approval of their YouBiz account, the person shall be an “Eligible Participant” in the Promotion. Only spending on TikTok ads done within 90 days after the YouBiz account approval (“Eligible Spending Period”) is eligible for the Promotion.

2. Eligible Participants are entitled to receive additional cashback according to the stated Rewards (as defined below) on their TikTok ad credits payment during the Eligible Spending Period using the YouBiz card(s) linked to their YouBiz account. The Rewards are in addition to the unlimited 1% cashback on all other card payment transactions made using YouBiz cards. 

3. Employees of YouBiz, TikTok and their affiliates are not eligible for the Reward (as defined below).

4. For the avoidance of doubt, YouBiz reserves the right to disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion at its sole discretion.

3. No Fraud or Violation of Terms

1. YouBiz reserves the right to reject or claw back any Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Participant in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouBiz. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.

4. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback

1. Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Participant’s YouBiz account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Participant shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.

2. YouBiz reserves the right to deduct the relevant Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Participant which was granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Participant as described in Section 3 above.

5. Change of Terms and Termination

1. YouBiz may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these terms and conditions or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.

 6. Acceptance of Terms

1. By participating in this Promotion, participants shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions

7. Governing Law

1. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
