The YouTrip Australia Travel Intern Giveaway (“Promotion”) is organised by You Technologies Group (Australia) Pty Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).

   The information contained in this document has been prepared to outline the terms and conditions for this promotion. Participants should read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering. You Technologies Group (Australia) Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions subject to applicable Australian laws.

5. Eligible entrants

   Entry is open to individuals who:

   • Are residents of Australia;
   • Are aged 18 years or above at the time of entry; and
   • Hold a valid YouTrip Australia account during the Promotion Period.

   Employees of YouTrip and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

   By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

6. How to enter

   There are two (2) entry components for this Promotion:

   1. Component 1 – Lucky Draw (Game of Chance):
      Each user who holds a valid YouTrip Australia account during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Lucky Draw. No further action is required.
   2. Component 2 – Social Media Competition (Game of Skill):
      Participants must enter via the YouTrip social media competition posted on the @youtripau Instagram account in accordance with the instructions set out in that post. Entries will be judged by YouTrip based on creativity, originality, and alignment with the campaign theme. Chance plays no part in determining the winners of this component.
7. Entries permitted
   1. Component 1 (Lucky Draw): One (1) automatic entry per eligible YouTrip account holder. Additional entries cannot be purchased or obtained.
   2. Component 2 (Social Media Competition): Entry is as specified in the competition post on @youtripau on Instagram.
8. Total prize pool

   AUD $100,000.00 (ten prizes of AUD $10,000 each)

10. Prize conditions

    The following conditions apply to all Rewards:

    1. Each winner will receive reimbursement of eligible international flight bookings departing from Australia, up to a maximum total value of AUD $10,000 per winner (the “Reward”).
    2. The AUD $10,000 cap is inclusive of all taxes and fees.
    3. The Reward may be applied to multiple international flight bookings during the eligible redemption period, provided the cumulative reimbursement does not exceed AUD $10,000.
    4. All flight bookings must: (a) be international flights departing from Australia; (b) be booked after the winner has been notified; and (c) commence within one (1) year from the date the Reward is awarded.
    5. The Reward applies strictly to the base airfare and mandatory taxes/airport charges for commercial international passenger flights departing from Australia.
    6. Any unused portion of the AUD $10,000 cap after the one (1) year period will be forfeited and will not be refunded, extended, or exchanged for cash.
    7. Any amount exceeding AUD $10,000 in total will be borne solely by the winner.
    8. The Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
    9. Flights must be booked in the winner’s own name. Bookings made for third parties will not be eligible for reimbursement.
    10. Flights must be booked either directly through an airline’s official website or mobile application, or through reputable third-party travel booking platforms, including but not limited to Expedia, Booking.com, Skyscanner, Google Flights, or Trip.com. Bookings made through unofficial, private resale, auction, or peer-to-peer marketplaces will not be eligible for reimbursement.
    11. Flights that are cancelled, refunded, converted into airline credit, or otherwise reversed will not be eligible for reimbursement. YouTrip reserves the right to reclaim any reimbursement where such activity is detected.
    12. Flights must be booked for genuine personal travel purposes. The winner is expected to undertake the booked trip unless prevented by unavoidable circumstances. YouTrip reserves the right to request reasonable proof of travel where necessary.
    13. YouTrip reserves the right to reject any booking or reimbursement claim that appears manipulated, fraudulent, or intended to exploit the Promotion.
    14. Winners may be invited by YouTrip to participate in reasonable promotional or publicity activities related to the Promotion, including sharing their travel experiences on social media. Participation in such activities will be subject to further agreement between YouTrip and the winner.
    15. Reward Disbursement (Pay and Claim Process):
    16. The Reward will be disbursed via a pay-and-claim reimbursement mechanism.
    17. Winners must: (a) make payment for eligible international flight bookings using their own funds; (b) submit valid proof of booking and payment to YouTrip within the timeframe specified by YouTrip; and (c) provide any additional documentation reasonably required for verification.
    18. Acceptable proof must include a booking confirmation or e-ticket issued by the airline or booking platform showing the passenger name, flight details, booking reference, and total amount paid. Additional documentation may be requested by YouTrip for verification purposes.
    19. YouTrip reserves the right to reject claims that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
    20. Travel Intern Concept:
    21. The “Travel Intern” title is a promotional concept only and does not constitute an offer of employment, internship, contract for services, or any form of working arrangement with YouTrip.
    22. Winners are not employees, contractors, representatives, or agents of YouTrip by virtue of receiving the Reward.
    23. No salary, wages, superannuation, leave entitlements, insurance, or employment benefits are payable under this Promotion.
    24. Participation in this Promotion does not create any employment relationship under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) or any other applicable legislation.
11. Draw details
    1. Component 1 – Lucky Draw:
       The draw will be conducted by way of random electronic draw by YouTrip on 27 April 2026, at 3pm AEDT. Each eligible YouTrip account holder will have an equal chance of winning. Five (5) winners will be selected at random. The draw will be conducted at 320 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000. The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries in the Lucky Draw in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.
    2. Component 2 – Social Media Competition:
       Five (5) winners will be selected by YouTrip on 27 April 2026, at 4pm AEDT based on the judging criteria of creativity, originality, and alignment with the campaign theme. Chance plays no part in determining winners of this component.
12. Notification of winners

    Winners will be announced on or before 30 April 2026 via YouTrip’s official social media channels and contacted directly via email.

13. Claiming prizes

    Lucky Draw Component: Winners must claim their Reward by 5:00pm AEDT on 13 May 2026. If a winner does not claim their Reward by this time, the prize will be deemed unclaimed.

    Social Media Competition Component: Claim instructions will be provided to winners at the time of notification.

    Winners must submit valid proof of booking and payment to YouTrip within the timeframe specified by YouTrip following notification.

14. Publication of winners

    The last name, initial of the first name, and postcode of each winner will be published via YouTrip’s official social media channels within 30 days of the draw/judging date.

    Where a winner has requested that their name and postcode not be published, YouTrip will abide by this request.

15. Unclaimed prizes

    If any Reward under the Lucky Draw Component remains unclaimed as at 13 May 2026, a redraw will be conducted on 29 June 2026 in the same manner as the original draw.

    Winners of the redraw will be notified in the same manner as original winners. The last name, initial of the first name, and postcode of redraw winners will be published via YouTrip’s official social media channels within 30 days of the redraw date.

16. Cancellation

    If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of YouTrip, YouTrip may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

    Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with YouTrip’s Privacy Policy: https://www.you.co/au/privacy-policy/

19. General Conditions
    1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Terms and Conditions and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of them.
    2. The Promotion commences on 18 March 2026 and concludes on 20 April 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by YouTrip and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of YouTrip and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
    3. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period.
    4. Employees of YouTrip and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family member” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
    5. Lucky Draw Component: The draw will be conducted by random electronic draw on 27 April 2026. Five (5) valid entries drawn at random will be the winners. The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.
    6. Social Media Competition Component: Five (5) winners will be selected by YouTrip based on creativity, originality, and alignment with the campaign theme. Chance plays no part in determining the winners of this component.
    7. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner.
    8. If any winner chooses not to take their Reward (or is unable to), or does not claim a Reward within the timeframe outlined in the Schedule, they forfeit the Reward and YouTrip is not obliged to substitute the Reward.
    9. The value of the prizes is accurate and based upon the value of the Reward at the date of publication. YouTrip accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date.
    10. No part of a Reward is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by YouTrip.
    11. No entry fee is charged by YouTrip to enter the Promotion. Where entry is allowed online, there is no additional cost to enter the Promotion other than any cost paid by the entrant to access the internet or social media platform via their internet service provider.
    12. Each Reward will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, YouTrip reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
    13. Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, manipulation of the entry or booking process, or breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in: (a) immediate disqualification; (b) cancellation of any unpaid Reward balance; and (c) recovery of any amounts already reimbursed.
    14. Participants’ personal information will be collected by YouTrip and stored on YouTrip’s databases. Personal information will be handled in accordance with YouTrip’s Privacy Policy. YouTrip may disclose participants’ personal information to third parties including service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion and to the relevant State and Territory lottery departments as required under applicable lottery legislation. If a participant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter the Promotion.
    15. It is a condition of accepting the Reward that a winner may be required to sign a legal release as determined by YouTrip in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving the Reward.
    16. YouTrip reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant details (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by YouTrip to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the Reward and no substitute will be offered.
    17. To the extent permitted by law, YouTrip and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any Reward.
    18. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
    19. YouTrip reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a Reward, YouTrip will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved, YouTrip’s decision will be final.
    20. YouTrip accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the Reward or acceptance of the Reward.
    21. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
