1. Overview of Campaign

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the YouTrip Welcome Bonus: 2% Cashback Welcome Offer Campaign (“Campaign”), offered by You Technologies Group (Australia) Pty Ltd (“YouTrip”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set out what you need to know about the Campaign and govern the relationship between you (as a participant) and us, You Technologies Group (Australia) Pty Ltd (“YouTrip”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By participating in the Campaign, you agree to these Terms together with YouTrip’s General Terms & Conditions.

2. Campaign Period

2.1 The Campaign is available to eligible users who successfully sign up for and receive approval of a YouTrip Australia account by 11:59 PM AEST on 31 August 2026.

2.2 Users who successfully sign up for and receive approval by the deadline will remain eligible to enjoy the Campaign benefits for five (5) months from the date their YouTrip account is approved, subject to these Terms.

2.3 YouTrip reserves the right to extend, amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign at any time.

3. Campaign Eligibility

3.1 To participate in the Campaign, you must:

3.1.1 Successfully complete registration for a YouTrip Australia account.

3.1.2 Successfully complete identity verification and receive approval of your YouTrip Australia account by 11:59 PM AEST on 31 August 2026.

4. Campaign Offer 

4.1 Eligible users will receive 2% cashback on eligible international purchases (non-AUD transactions) made during the Campaign Period with their YouTrip card. 

4.2 Cashback is available for five (5) months from the date your YouTrip Australia account is approved.

4.3 Cashback is capped at A$40 per calendar month.

4.4 The minimum eligible transaction amount is A$1.

4.5 Eligible transactions include both in-store and online purchases charged in a foreign currency.

4.6 Cashback is calculated based on the final settled amount.

5. Ineligible Transactions

5.1 The follow transactions are not eligible for cashback:

5.1.1 Purchases or payments made in Australian Dollars (AUD).

5.1.2 ATM withdrawals and related fees.

5.1.3 Any reversed, refunded, or disputed transactions.

6. Cashback Fulfilment 

6.1 Cashback will be credited in Australian Dollars (AUD) to your YouTrip Wallet.

6.2 Eligible cashback will be credited within 30 days after the end of each calendar month.

6.3 If an eligible transaction is subsequently refunded, reversed or cancelled, YouTrip reserves the right to deduct or reverse the corresponding cashback.

7. General

7.1 YouTrip reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and any transaction.

7.2 YouTrip may withhold, decline or reverse any cashback where a participant is found to have breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, dishonest or abusive conduct.

7.3 YouTrip reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign or these Terms at any time, where reasonably necessary.

7.4 All decisions made by YouTrip in relation to this Campaign are final.

7.5 YouTrip’s General Terms and Conditions apply, and participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of those terms.

7.6 These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
