YouTrip Year-end Cashback Campaign (4 - 31 Dec 2024)

Terms and Conditions

The YouTrip Year-end Cashback Campaign (“Promotion“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

  1. Promotion Period
    1. The Promotion will be valid from 4 December 2024 to 31 December 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
    2. The award of the Cashback Reward (as defined below) will be credited by 31 January 2025.
  2. Eligibility
    1. The Promotion is open to YouTrip account holders.
    2. To participate in the Promotion, a YouTrip account holder must fulfil the following conditions:
      1. Click on the redemption button for the Promotion on the banner displayed on their YouTrip Perks page, prior to making the qualifying spend.
      2. Spend a minimum of S$300 in foreign currency equivalent using their YouTrip card during the Promotion Period.
    3. Except for any employees of YouTrip and its affiliates, each YouTrip account holder who fulfils the conditions set out in clause 2.2 above shall be an “Eligible Awardee“
    4. For the avoidance of doubt, employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible to receive any Reward (as defined below).
    5. YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.
  3. Cashback Reward

    1. This Promotion consists of the following “Cashback Reward“:

      1. Each Eligible Awardee will receive a Cashback Reward of 5% of the S$300 minimum spend, capped at S$15.
      2. Each Eligible Awardee’s wallet can only redeem the Cashback Reward once.
      3. The Cashback Reward is subjected to limited redemptions, on a first-come first-served basis.

        1. Successful participation of the Promotion, i.e. meeting the eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2.2 above, does not guarantee the Participant a Cashback Reward due to the capped quota. 
        2. The Cashback Reward quota is capped at 15,000 Eligible Awardees.
        3. If you are the first 15,000 Eligible Awardees to hit the minimum spend, you will receive the Cashback Reward.
        4. Once the Cashback Reward quota is fully redeemed, Eligible Awardees will not receive a Cashback Reward even if the minimum spend is hit.
      4. Transactions that are refunded, reversed, or otherwise cancelled will not count toward the minimum spend requirement for the Cashback Reward.
      5. The Cashback Reward will be automatically credited to an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip wallet by 31 January 2025.
      6. The Cashback Reward will only be credited to the Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip wallet and cannot be assigned to any other YouTrip wallet, meaning only the Eligible Awardee that earned the Cashback Reward will receive the benefit.
  4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
    1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Cashback Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.
    2. Participants should only click on the registration link(s) from YouTrip’s App push notification or directly from YouTrip’s website.
    3. YouTrip, its affiliates and representatives will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we do need to verify your identity, we will ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.
  5. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
    1. Cashback Reward granted under this Promotion is strictly non-assignable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Cashback Reward.
    2. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 4 above.
  6. Change of Terms and Termination
    1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
  7. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
  8. Governing Law
    1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
