YouTrip MYR Wallet Cashback
Campaign (16 April - 17 June 2025)

The YouTrip MYR Wallet Cashback Campaign (“Promotion“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

1. Promotion Period
   1. The Promotion will run from 16 April to 17 June 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
   2. The award of the Cashback Reward (as defined below) will be made by 17 July 2025.
2. Eligibility
   1. The Promotion is open to all YouTrip account holders (“Participant“).
   2. To qualify for the Promotion, the Participant must fulfil the following conditions:
      1. The Participant must click on the campaign banner in the YouTrip app homepage.
      2. The Participant must be among the first 5,000 Eligible Awardees (as defined below) to have successfully spent an equivalent of S$200 or more in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) on Qualifying Spend (as defined below) within the Promotion Period.
   3. Each Participant who fulfils all the conditions set out in clause 2.2 shall be an “Eligible Awardee“.
   4.  Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible to receive any Cashback Reward (as defined below).
   5. For the avoidance of doubt,YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.
3. Cashback Reward
   1. Under this Promotion, each Eligible Awardee will receive 3% cashback on all Qualifying Spend transactions in  Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), up to a maximum total cashback of S$9 under this Promotion (“Cashback Reward”).
   2. The Promotion is limited to the first 5,000 Eligible Awardees who meet the conditions set out in these terms and conditions on a first come first served basis, during the Promotion Period.Transactions that are refunded, reversed, or otherwise cancelled will not count toward the minimum Qualifying Spend requirement in clause 2.2.2 for the Cashback Reward.
   3. The Cashback Reward will be automatically credited to the Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip wallet by 17 July 2025 after YouTrip has verified the authenticity of their user details. YouTrip may contact the Eligible Awardees to carry out such verification.
4. Qualifying Spend
   1. “Qualifying Spend” refers to retail transactions for goods and services made offline and via the internet and processed as an online transaction; as well as any other transactions determined by YouTrip from time to time. 
   2. For the avoidance of doubt, Youtrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion determine whether a transaction constitutes Qualifying Spend.
5. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
   1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Cashback Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.
   2. Participants should only click on the registration link(s) from YouTrip’s App push notification or directly from YouTrip’s website.
   3. YouTrip, its affiliates and representatives will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we need to verify your identity, we will ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.
6. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
   1. All Cashback Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Cashback Reward. 
   2. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5.1.
7. Change of Terms and Termination
   1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
8. Acceptance of Terms
   1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy  as disclosed in www.you.co.
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
9. Governing Law
   1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
