Overview of Campaign

The YouTrip March MYR Spend Campaign (the “Campaign“) lets eligible YouTrip account holders earn a cashback reward on their Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) spending. Spend at least RM1,500 in MYR during the Campaign Period to receive 3% cashback, capped at S$18 – available to the first 2,800 qualifying participants. The Campaign also includes a Social Giveaway where one (1) lucky participant can win S$1,000 in YouTrip credits for their next trip.

The Campaign runs from 13 March 2026 to 6 April 2026 (the “Campaign Period“). We may extend, change, or end the Campaign at any time at our discretion.

These terms and conditions (the “Terms“) set out what you need to know about the Campaign and govern the relationship between you (as a participant) and us, You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip“, “we“, “us“, “our“).

Who is eligible to participate in the Campaign? 

To take part in the Campaign and qualify for the Cashback Reward, you must have an active YouTrip account in good standing, and must not be an employee and/or contractor of YouTrip and its affiliates.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our discretion and may disqualify you if we find you have breached these Terms or any other terms that apply to your account.

How do I participate in the Campaign?

Cashback Reward

Conditions to earn the Cashback Reward (“Conditions”):

  1. tap on the Promo banner on your YouTrip app homepage and click ‘Join now’ to opt in; then
  2. spend at least RM1,500 in Malaysian Ringgit (your “Qualifying Transactions“) using your YouTrip account during the Campaign Period.

Only point-of-sale (POS) transactions are eligible; online transactions, ATM withdrawals, and other non-POS transactions will not count towards the Qualifying Transactions. Your Qualifying Transactions must be genuine – any transactions that are refunded, reversed, cancelled, or otherwise invalidated will not count towards your total. For the avoidance of doubt, any transactions made with the following Merchant Category Codes (“MCC”) shall not count towards the Qualifying Transactions and shall not be eligible for Rewards:

6300: Insurance Sales, Underwriting and Premiums

6381: Insurance – Premiums

3429: Insurance Rent-A-Car

5960: Direct Marketing Insurance Services

If you are among the first 2,800 eligible participants to meet all the Conditions above, you’ll receive 3% cashback on your cumulative MYR spend during the Campaign Period, capped at S$18. Your cashback will be automatically credited to your YouTrip wallet by 6 May 2026. The cashback is yours personally and cannot be transferred to another YouTrip wallet or account.

Social Giveaway

To enter the Social Giveaway for a chance to win S$1,000 in YouTrip credits, you need to complete all of the following steps on Instagram during the Campaign Period:

  1. follow @YouTripSG on Instagram;
  2. repost and like the designated pinned Social Giveaway post;
  3. share the designated Social Giveaway post on your Instagram Story and tag @YouTripSG; and
  4. tag a friend and comment how you’d spend S$1,000 in JB on the designated Social Giveaway post.

One (1) winner will be randomly selected and announced on YouTrip’s Instagram page. The winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message or email by 6 May 2026 with details on how to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond by the stipulated deadline, they will be considered to have forfeited the prize, and YouTrip is not required to select a replacement winner.

What else should I know?

  1. Your participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms as well as YouTrip’s General Terms and Conditions, available at www.you.co.
  2. All rewards under this Campaign are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse or claw back any rewards where we believe there has been fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms. This includes use of false or duplicate identities, bots, fake social media accounts, or any other dishonest conduct.
  4. If we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or other terms applicable to your account, you authorise us to deduct any cashback credited to your account as a result of this Campaign.
  5. YouTrip, our affiliates, and representatives will never ask you for your one-time password (OTP) or full card number. We may request your Y-number for verification purposes only – this cannot be used to make transactions.
  6. We may change these Terms, or change, suspend, or stop the Campaign at any time and at our sole discretion.
  7. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to these Terms and agree to receive communications from us via email, phone, SMS, and app notifications in line with our Privacy Policy at www.you.co.
  8. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
