YouTrip E-Wallet Spend Campaign (12 Aug - 9 Sep 2025)

Terms and Conditions

The YouTrip E-Wallet Spend Campaign (“Promotion”) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”).

  1. Promotion Period
    1. The Promotion is valid from 12 August 2025 to 9 September 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
    2. The Cashback Rewards (as defined below) will be credited by 9 October 2025.
  2. Eligibility
    1. The Promotion is open to all YouTrip account holders.
    2. To qualify for the Promotion, a YouTrip account holder must fulfil the following conditions during the Promotion Period:
      1. Sign up for the Promotion by tapping on the Promo banner displayed on their YouTrip app homepage, and clicking the ‘Join now’ button .
      2. Ensure their YouTrip card is successfully linked to an Alipay or WeChat Pay account.
    3. Each YouTrip account holder who fulfills the above conditions in Clause 2.2 above shall be deemed an “Participant”.
    4. In addition, the Participant must fulfil the following conditions during the Promotion Period to be an “Eligible Awardee”: 
      1. For S$5 Cashback Reward (as defined below): The Participant must be one of the first 3,900 users who have accumulated a minimum spend of S$300 equivalent in Chinese Yuan (CNY) (“Qualifying Spend”) using their YouTrip card via Alipay or WeChat Pay during the Promotion Period. 
      2. For S$2 Cashback Reward (as defined below): The Participant must be one of the first 3,250 users to complete their first-ever successful transaction via Alipay or WeChat Pay (with no minimum spend required) during the Promotion Period. 
    5. For the avoidance of doubt, employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible to receive any Cashback Reward under this Promotion.
    6. YouTrip reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any person from participating in the Promotion.
  3. Cashback Reward
    1. Eligible Awardees are eligible for the following Cashback Rewards under the Promotion:
      1. S$5 Cashback Reward
        1. Awarded to each Eligible Awardee who fulfils the above conditions in Clause 2.4.1 above. 
      2. S$2 Cashback Reward 
        1. Awarded to each Eligible Awardee who fulfils the above conditions in Clause 2.4.2 above.
    2. Each Eligible Awardee may receive a maximum of S$7 cashback under this Promotion (i.e., S$5 + S$2) if they meet the criteria in  Clause 2.4 above.
    3. For the avoidance of doubt, any spending that is subsequently refunded, reversed, cancelled, or otherwise invalidated, whether within the Promotion Period or after, shall not count toward the Qualifying Spend amount. 
    4. Each YouTrip user may only receive the Cashback Rewards once under this Promotion.
    5. The Cashback Rewards are determined on a first-come, first-served basis by the timestamp of their Qualifying Spend.
    6. The Cashback Rewards are non-transferable, and will be automatically credited to each Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip wallet by 9 October  2025.
  4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
    1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or claw back any Cashback Rewards granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest, or inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip.
    2. Such conduct includes but is not limited to: the use of false or duplicate identities, automation or bot use, misrepresentation of default card status, or any other malicious activity.
    3. YouTrip, its affiliates, and representatives will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your full YouTrip card number. For verification purposes, we may request your Y-number, which cannot be used for transactions.
  5. Right to Clawback
    1. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Rewards from the account balance of any Eligible Awardee if it was awarded due to a breach of these T&Cs, fraudulent conduct or because they no longer meet the Qualifying Spend criteria due to any transactions that are subsequently refunded, reversed, cancelled, or otherwise invalidated.
  6. Change of Terms and Termination
    1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
  7. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these T&Cs.
    2. The Participant shall also be deemed to have agreed to receive communications from YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, and app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy at www.you.co, and agreed to the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed on www.you.co.
  8. Governing Law
    1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
