Terms and Conditions

The YouTrip Australia Social Giveaway December 2025 (“Promotion“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

  1. Promotion Period
    1. The Promotion will commence from 2 December 2025 and will end on 31 December 2025, 12PM SGT (“Promotion Period”).
    2. The announcement of the Reward (as defined below) will be by 16 January 2026.
    3. The award of the Reward (as defined below) will be by 31 January 2026.
  2. Eligibility
    1. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the user must be a YouTrip user (“Participant“).
    2. In addition, the Participant must fulfil all of the following conditions to be an “Eligible Awardee”:
      1. Tag as many Aussie friends and/or family under @YouTripSG social giveaway post comment section.
      2. The Participant’s Aussie friends and/or family must follow @YouTripAU Instagram page.
    3. Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Reward (as defined below).
    4. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.
  3. Reward
    1. This Promotion consists of the following “Reward“:
      1. Two Pairs of Eligible Awardees (based on the criteria above) will be randomly selected on Instagram by YouTrip by 16 Jan 2026.

      2. Each Pair of Eligible Awardee shall receive non-withdrawable YouTrip credits in the following amounts:

        1. $500 SGD for the Eligible Awardee selected from Singapore.
        2. $500 SGD equivalent for the Eligible Awardee selected from Australia.
      3. For verification and rewarding purposes, the Eligible Awardees must have a valid Singapore or Australia Y-number that is registered to a YouTrip account issued in the respective country.

      4. The Eligible Awardees must consent to data collection for the purpose of the awarding of the Reward.

      5. YouTrip reserves the right to set the redemption period of the Reward. This will be made known to the Eligible Awardee upon announcement and award of the Reward.
  4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
    1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.
    2. In light of fraud cases, participants should only click on link(s) from YouTrip’s App push notification or directly from YouTrip’s website.
    3. YouTrip will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we do need to verify your identity, we will typically ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.
  5. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
    1. Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.
    2. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.
  6. Change of Terms and Termination
    1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
  7. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
  8. Governing Law
    1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
