Terms and Conditions

The YouTrip’s 7th Birthday Trippie Blind Box Promo (“Promotion”) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). 

  1. Promotion period
    1. The Promotion is valid from 24 September 2025 to 24 October 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
    2. The Reward (as defined below) will be shipped out by 24 November 2025.
  2. Eligibility
    1. The Promotion is open to all YouTrip Singapore account holders.
    2. To qualify for the Promotion, a YouTrip account holder must sign up for the Promotion by tapping on the Promotion banner displayed on their YouTrip app homepage, and clicking the ‘Join now’ button during the Promotion Period to be deemed a “Participant”.
    3. In addition, the Participant must accumulate a minimum spend of S$300 (SGD) equivalent in posted purchase transactions using their YouTrip card during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Spend”). The SGD equivalent is determined on the transaction posting date using the exchange rate applied at posting to the settled amount. Only transactions that post within the Promotion Period count. A Participant who meets the Qualifying Spend during the Promotion Period is an ‘Eligible Awardee’.
    4. For the avoidance of doubt, employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible to receive any Reward under this Promotion.
    5. YouTrip reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any person from participating in the Promotion.
  3. Reward
    1. Each Eligible Awardee will receive one (1) entry into a random lucky draw conducted by YouTrip after the Promotion Period. Only Winners (as defined below) selected in the draw will receive one Trippie Blind Box (“Reward(s)”) under the Promotion.
    2. Each Winner may receive a maximum of one (1) Reward under this Promotion.
    3. For the avoidance of doubt, any spending that is subsequently refunded, reversed, cancelled, or otherwise invalidated, whether within the Promotion Period or after, shall not count toward the Qualifying Spend.
    4. The total number of Rewards available under this Promotion is limited to 3,000. YouTrip will conduct a random lucky draw after the Promotion Period to select 3,000 winners (‘Winners’) from among all Eligible Awardees.
    5. The Reward is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or credits, and will be shipped out by 24 November 2025 to each Winner after address verification. Winners will be contacted via email to verify their Singapore delivery address before the Reward is dispatched.
  4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
    1. YouTrip reserves the right to cancel, withhold, substitute or claw back a Reward (or require its return) from a Winner in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest, or inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip.
    2. Such conduct includes but is not limited to: the use of false or duplicate identities, automation or bot use, misrepresentation of default card status, or any other malicious activity.
    3. YouTrip, its affiliates, and representatives will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your full YouTrip card number. For verification purposes, we may request your Y-number, which cannot be used for transactions.
  5. Right to Clawback
    1. YouTrip reserves the right to cancel, withhold, substitute or claw back a Reward (or require its return) from a Winner if it was awarded due to a breach of these T&Cs, fraudulent conduct or because they no longer meet the Qualifying Spend criteria due to any transactions that are subsequently refunded, reversed, cancelled, disputed, charged back or otherwise invalidated.
    2. For the avoidance of doubt, a Winner shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.
  6. Change of Terms and Termination
    1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
  7. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these T&Cs.
    2. The Participant shall also be deemed to have agreed to receive communications from YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, and app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy at www.you.co, and agreed to the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed on www.you.co.
  8. Governing Law
    1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
