YouTrip Perks VTL Travel Promotion (Oct 2021)

Terms and Conditions

The YouTrip Perks VTL Travel Promotion (“Promotion“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

  1. Promotion Period
    1. The Promotion will commence from 19 October 2021 and will end on 25 October 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
    2. The award of the Bonus Cashback Reward (as defined below) will be by 19 November 2021.
  2. Eligibility
    1. To qualify for eligibility, the participant must be a current YouTrip card holder (“Participant“).
    2. In addition, a Participant must fulfil the following conditions to be an “Eligible Awardee“:
      1. For rewards via YouTrip Perks: The Participant must make a transaction with YouTrip via the YouTrip Perks platform. Transactions must be successfully tracked to the Participant’s YouTrip account in order to be eligible for the listed offer. The individual terms and conditions for each merchant’s offer listed can be viewed before redeeming the offer via the YouTrip Perks platform.
      2. For Bonus Cashback Reward (as defined below): The Participant must be one of the first 150 users to make at least one transaction amounting to at least S$200 with Booking.com, Agoda or Klook during the Promotion Period, with payment made with their YouTrip card. Transactions must be made through the YouTrip Perks platform and successfully tracked to the Participant’s YouTrip account in order to be eligible. The travel or accommodation period listed in the booking must be between 19 October 2021 and 31 December 2021.
    3. Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Bonus Cashback Rewards (as defined below).
    4. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.
  3. Bonus Cashback Reward
    1. This Promotion consists of the following “Bonus Cashback Reward“:
      1. The first 150 Participants to make an eligible transaction (as defined above) amounting to at least S$200 with Booking.com, Agoda or Klook during the Promotion Period will receive a one-time Bonus Cashback Reward of S$10. Transactions must be made through the YouTrip Perks platform and successfully tracked to the Participant’s YouTrip account in order to be eligible for the Bonus Cashback Reward.
      2. The Bonus Cashback Reward will be automatically credited to Eligible Awardees’ YouTrip wallet by 19 November 2021.
  4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
    1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Cashback Rewards granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.
  5. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
    1. Cashback Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Cashback Rewards.
    2. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Rewards from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.
  6. Change of Terms and Termination
    1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
  7. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
  8. Governing Law
    1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
