YouTrip's July Referral Promotion
(15 July - 4 Aug 2024)

The July Referral Campaign (“Promotion“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

1. Promotion Period
   1. The Promotion will be valid from 15 July to 4 August 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
   2. The award of the Reward (as defined below) will be by 4 October 2024.
2. Eligibility
   1. To qualify for eligibility, the participant must be a current YouTrip card holder (“Participant“).
   2. The Participant will be considered eligible for the Promotion if he/she fulfils any of the following conditions to be an “Eligible Awardee”:
      1. For Rewards (as defined below): The Participant must click on the redemption button on the banner displayed on their YouTrip Perks page.
      2. The Participant must retrieve their individual referral link by heading to ‘More’ tab in the YouTrip app and clicking on ‘Invite friends to YouTrip’.
      3. The Participant must refer their friends and top the leaderboard during the Promotion Period. The leaderboard tracks successful referees who have activated and made a top-up.
      4. The leaderboard will be updated daily on weekdays from Monday to Friday at 3PM SGT on our website, YouTrip’s Instagram stories & YouTrip’s main Telegram channel.
      5. By clicking on the redemption button & participating, The Participant gives YouTrip consent to partially display The Participant’s name and the number of referrals on our leaderboard updates.
      6. In the event The Participant wants to remove themselves from the leaderboard, The Participant can email in to customer@you.co with subject line: Removal from the July Referral leaderboard – The Participant name. The Participant will be withdrawn from the Promotion moving forward and will no longer be considered an Eligible Awardee.
      7. Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Cashback Rewards (as defined below).
      8. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.
3. Reward
   1. This Promotion consists of the following “Rewards“:

      1. Top 50 Winners	Cash & prizes
         1	iPhone 15 (256GB) + S$1,500 YouTrip credits
         2	Dyson Vacuum + S$800 YouTrip credits
         3	Apple Watch SE + S$650 YouTrip credits
         4	AirPods Pro 2nd Gen + S$650 YouTrip credits
         5	Nintendo Switch + S$450 YouTrip credits
         6-10	S$500 YouTrip credits each
         11-20	S$300 YouTrip credits each
         21-30	S$200 YouTrip credits each
         31-50	S$100 YouTrip credits each

   2. The top 50 Eligible Awardees who have the highest number of referrals during the Promotion Period will be selected by 4 September 2024. The Eligible Awardees will be awarded their respective “Reward” by 4 October 2024.
   3. The “Reward” is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.
   4. The Eligible Awardee must consent to data collection for the purpose of “Reward”.
   5. If any Eligible Awardee fails to respond to the prize redemption email by the stipulated date and time, the Eligible Awardee is taken to have forfeited and irrevocably given up and waived all rights to claim the prize. The Eligible Awardee whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any compensation from YouTrip, whether or not that Eligible Awardee has been notified of the forfeiture.
   6. YouTrip reserves all rights to decide on how to deal with unclaimed prizes and shall in any event not be obliged to select another Eligible Awardee.
4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
   1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.
   2. In light of fraud cases, participants should only click on the registration link(s) from YouTrip’s App push notification or directly from YouTrip’s website.
   3. YouTrip will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we do need to verify your identity, we will typically ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.
5. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
   1. Reward granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.
   2. YouTrip reserves the right to rescind the Reward from an Eligible Awardee which was granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described above.
6. Change of Terms and Termination
   1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
7. Acceptance of Terms
   1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.

8. Governing Law
   1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
