YouTrip March Travel Fest Promotion

Terms and Conditions

The YouTrip March Travel Fest Promotion (“Promotion“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

  1. Promotion Period
    1. The Promotion will commence from 9 March 2022 and will end on 31 March 2022 (“Promotion Period”).
      The award of the Cashback Reward (as defined below) will be by 30 April 2022.
  2. Eligibility
    1. To qualify for eligibility, the user must be a YouTrip user to take part in the Promotion (“Participant“).
    2. In addition, a Participant must fulfil the following conditions to be an “Eligible Awardee“:
      1. For a 3% Cashback Reward (as defined below): The Participant must register for the Promotion via the registration form. The Participant must also be one of the first 2,000 users to spend a minimum equivalent of S$100 in foreign currencies online or offline with their YouTrip card during the Promotion Period.
      2. For a 5% Cashback Reward (as defined below): The Participant must register for the Promotion via the registration form. The Participant must also be one of the first 400 users to spend a minimum equivalent of S$600 in foreign currencies online or offline with their YouTrip card during the Promotion Period.
      3. For a 10% Cashback Reward (as defined below): The Participant must register for the Promotion via the registration form. The Participant must also be one of the first 80 users to spend a minimum equivalent of S$1,000 in foreign currencies online or offline with their YouTrip card during the Promotion Period.
    3. Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Cashback Rewards (as defined below).
    4. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.
  3. Cashback Reward
    1. This Promotion consists of the following “Cashback Reward“:
      1. Eligible Awardees (based on the criteria above) will receive a one-time Cashback Reward of either 3%, 5% or 10% based on their spend bracket. The Cashback Reward is capped at the percentage of the Cashback Reward awarded multiplied by the minimum amount a Participant has to spend.
      2. Each Eligible Awardee can receive a maximum of one Cashback Reward, as determined by the above criteria. 
      3. The Cashback Reward will be automatically credited to an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip wallet by 30 April 2022. 
  4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
    1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Cashback Rewards granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.
  5. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
    1. Cashback Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Cashback Rewards. 
    2. YouTrip users who refunded their Singapore Airlines flight tickets subsequently after booking will be subjected to clawback of Cashback rewards. For Singapore Airlines’ Complimentary Flight Rebooking Policy, please refer to terms: here. 
    3. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Rewards from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above. 
  6. Change of Terms and Termination
    1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
  7. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
  8. Governing Law
    1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
