YouTrip 12.12 Rewards Fest Promotion (11-12 December 2021)

Terms and Conditions

The YouTrip 12.12 Rewards Fest Promotion (11-12 December 2021) (“Promotion“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YouTrip”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs“).

  1. Promotion Period
    1. The Promotion will commence from 11 December 2021 and will end on 12 December 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
    2. The award of the Giveaway Reward (as defined below) and Daily Cashback Rewards (as defined below) will be by 31 December 2021.
  2. Eligibility
    1. To qualify for eligibility, the participant must be a current YouTrip card holder (“Participant“).
    2. In addition, a Participant must fulfil the following conditions to be an “Eligible Awardee“:
      1. For 11 December – Daily Cashback Reward (as defined below): The Participant must register for the Promotion via the registration form. The Participant must then be one of the first 100 users to make an online transaction of at least S$25 (or equivalent in foreign currency) with YouTrip between 12PM and 11:59PM, on 11 December 2021.
      2. For 12 December – Daily Cashback Reward (as defined below): The Participant must register for the Promotion via the registration form. The Participant must then be one of the first 150 users to make an online transaction of at least S$25 (or equivalent in foreign currency) with YouTrip between 12PM and 11:59PM, on 12 December 2021.
      3. For Bonus Cashback Reward Giveaway (as defined below): The Participant must register for the Promotion via the registration form. The Participant must then spend at least S$50 (or equivalent in foreign currency) in online transaction(s) with YouTrip between 11 December 2021 and 12 December 2021 in order to be eligible for the Giveaway. 10 Eligible Awardees will be selected by YouTrip by 31 December 2021.
    3. Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Daily Cashback Reward or Bonus Cashback Reward Giveaway (as defined below).
    4. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.
  3. Giveaway Reward and Daily Cashback Rewards
    1. This Promotion consists of the following “Daily Cashback Reward“s and “Bonus Cashback Reward Giveaway“:
      1. 11 December – Daily Cashback Reward:  Eligible Awardees (based on criteria above) will receive a Cashback Reward of S$25.
      2. 12 December – Daily Cashback Reward:  Eligible Awardees (based on criteria above) will receive a Cashback Reward of S$25.
      3. Bonus Cashback Reward Giveaway:  10 Eligible Awardees selected by YouTrip (based on criteria above) will receive a Cashback Reward of S$50.
      4. Eligible Awardees are allowed to receive multiple rewards based on the eligibility criteria, which will be credited to their YouTrip wallets as a sum total.
      5. Cashback Rewards will be automatically credited to Eligible Awardees’ YouTrip wallet by 31 December 2021.
  4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms
    1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Giveaway or Cashback Rewards granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.
  5. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
    1. Cashback Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Giveaway or Cashback Rewards.
    2. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Rewards from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.
  6. Change of Terms and Termination
    1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
  7. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
  8. Governing Law
    1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
