The ‘Best Rate Guarantee’ (“Campaign”) is governed by these Terms and Conditions and constitutes your contract with YouTrip (Singapore), or its related subsidiaries and affiliates (“YouTrip”):
- Campaign Period
- The Campaign will be valid from 30 October 2019 (00:00 SGT) to 5 November 2019 (23:59 SGT) (“Campaign Period”).
- Eligibility
- To be eligible to submit a claim, the Eligible Claimant (“Claimant”) should meet the following conditions:
- A Singapore citizen, Permanent Resident, or legally residing in the Republic of Singapore.
- Employees of YouTrip and its affiliate agencies are not eligible for the redemption of claims associated to this Campaign (“Claim“). YouTrip reserves the right to not allow participation by any person, at its sole discretion.
- To be eligible to redeem a Claim, a Claimant should meet the following conditions:
- Successfully complete all claim form requirements stated: (i) Compare a currency rate provided by YouTrip with any other multi-currency travel wallet, ensuring that the rate comparison is for the same currency conversion, date and time. (ii) Take a screenshot of the rates reflected on 1) the compared multi-currency travel wallet and 2) YouTrip. The screen shot should show the same currency, date and time stamp. (iii) File a claim by completing and submitting the claim form with legitimate attachments by 5th November 2019 (SGT 23:59).
- Met all requirements as a Claimant before participating in the Campaign.
- To be eligible to submit a claim, the Eligible Claimant (“Claimant”) should meet the following conditions:

- A Claim of S$10 YouTrip Credits will be credited to a Claimant’s YouTrip account upon successful review.
- Claimants will be notified through the email provided in the submitted claim form.
- No Fraud or Violation of Terms
- YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Claim granted or to be granted to the user in case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate, as deemed solely by YouTrip, activities related to this Campaign. Such activities include but is not limited to fraudulent account details, account set up using third party’s information without consent, and other malicious actions.
- No Refunds and Rights to Clawback
- Claims granted under this Campaign is non-refundable in any forms including cash, and under any circumstances including YouTrip account closure, suspense, loss, and expiry. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct from the account balance of the user or request for reimbursement payment for the relevant Claims granted due to fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate activities as described in Clause 4.
- Change of Terms and Termination
- YouTrip reserves the final right to change the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign or terminate this Campaign any time without prior notification.
- Acceptance of Terms
- By participating in this Campaign, the Claimant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to this the terms and conditions stated herein. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
- Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications according to our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
- Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
- By participating in this Campaign, the Claimant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to this the terms and conditions stated herein. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
- Governing Law
- This Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
