Your YouBiz card functions just like a debit card — but with smarter controls for business spending.
- You choose which account each card draws from.
- Allocate individual cards to employees and fund them based on planned company spending.
- Unlike credit cards, there’s no risk of overspending, and in the event a card is lost or stolen, your exposure is limited.
It’s a budget-friendly, safer alternative for managing company expenses.
Earn 1% cashback on all eligible online and offline card spend — no minimum spend, no cap.
YouBiz unlimited cashback is computed on a monthly basis for each calendar month and will be credited to your YouBiz account on or before the 15th of the next month.
Refer to the list of eligible and excluded transactions to understand whether your next payment will be qualified for the unlimited cashback reward.

- Go to the Add Card page.
- Select yourself or your team member for whom you would like to create a new card for.
- Virtual cards can be used immediately after creation and does not require activation.
- Physical cards will be delivered to your selected address in 5-7 business days and requires activation.
- Log in to your YouBiz dashboard using your registered email.
- Click on the Cards tab.
- Find your new card and click Activate.
- Set your 6-digit PIN for overseas ATM withdrawals (also used for transactions in countries that require a PIN instead of a signature).
Virtual card does not require activation and you can use it immediately once it is created.
