You will
- Assist in creating and developing a talent-focused, caring and motivating team culture in a fast-growing organisation
- Help organise talent management initiatives such as team building events, orientation sessions, talent engagement, learning & development and more
- Develop internal communication materials including but not limited to staff handbooks, operation guidelines, training materials; organise event preparations and logistics
- Be integrated as part of the talent acquisition operation and assist in attracting and recruiting talents
- Conduct research to provide helpful insights on talent management topics
- Provide administration support to the team and assist in ad-hoc projects
You are
Passionate about people – you have 1-2 years of experience in human resources, talent management and/or learning & development; you are very enthusiastic about people’s growth, happiness, personal and career development; you are a natural in engaging with people
All about growth-mindset – you are adaptable, appreciative of opportunities to learn and you roll up your sleeves to make things happen
Entrepreneurial team player – you have a strong desire to make impacts and you enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment that values transparency, honesty and respect
Organised and presentable – you pay attention to details and you are well organised; with excellent command of written & spoken English and Cantonese
