Once you accomplish the challenge, you will be automatically upgraded to the YouTrip Metal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Key Programme Details<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following is a summary of the key conditions of this Programme. Your personal challenge conditions, including the spending threshold applicable to you, will be shown in your invitation screen in the YouTrip app before you commence your challenge.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><table><tbody><tr><td><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Programme type<\/span><\/p><\/td><td><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Invitation-only<\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To qualify for YouTrip Metal<\/span><\/p><\/td><td><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spend the amount shown to you in the YouTrip app in eligible transactions* within 180 days of commencing your challenge\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To keep your YouTrip Metal status<\/span><\/p><\/td><td><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spend at least THB 500,000 in eligible transactions* within the 12 months following your YouTrip Metal status activation date<\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* Only transactions that are successfully authorised and settled by the end of the relevant period and have not been refunded, reversed, charged back or disputed will count. See &#8216;Eligible and ineligible transactions&#8217; below for full details.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Who is eligible?<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To participate, you must:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">have an active YouTrip account in good standing;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">receive a YouTrip Metal invitation in your YouTrip app; and<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">complete the requirements shown to you in the YouTrip app within the required time.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Programme is personal to you. Your invitation cannot be transferred, and your YouTrip Metal status and benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, other rewards, or other benefits under any circumstances.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>How do I participate?<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you are selected, you will receive a personalized invitation in your YouTrip app.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you tap into the invitation, your personal challenge conditions, including the spending threshold applicable to you, will be displayed for your review. You may then choose to commence your challenge.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The spending threshold applicable to you is personal to you and may differ from the threshold shown to other participants. All other challenge conditions, including the 180-day challenge period, are the same for all participants.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must complete your challenge within 180 days, counting from and including the date you commence your challenge.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>What happens if I complete the challenge?<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you successfully complete your challenge, you will be upgraded to YouTrip Metal instantly.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>What do I get as a YouTrip Metal user?<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While your YouTrip Metal status is active, you will receive the following benefits:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li><b>Physical The Metal Card<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One (1) physical YouTrip Metal card (\u201cThe Metal Card\u201d) will be issued and sent to your registered mailing address. See &#8216;The Metal Card&#8217; below for full details.<\/span><\/li><li><b>Airport Lounge Access<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Complimentary access to the Coral Lounge, up to 3 visits in total, (total value up to THB10,500), usable at any of the participating airports below:\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thailand<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suvarnabhumi Airport\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Phuket International Airport\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hat Yai International Airport\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Don Mueang International Airport\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chiang Mai International Airport\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mae Fah Luang-Chiang Rai International Airport<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Udon Thani International Airport<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Japan<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chubu Centrair International Airport, Nagoya<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Coral First Class Lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport and Phuket International Airport is excluded. To use a visit, you must claim it through the YouTrip application while your YouTrip Metal status is active. Unused visits expire at the end of your status period \u2014 they cannot be accumulated, carried over, or transferred to a later period, whether or not your YouTrip Metal status is renewed, and do not include guest access.<\/span><\/p><ul><li><b>Metal eSIM Data Benefits<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One (1) Metal eSIM redemption during your YouTrip Metal status period, providing 5 GB of mobile data (valued at THB 299). The Metal eSIM can be used in one of the following regions: Mainland China, Japan or Europe. The Metal eSIM must be redeemed through the YouTrip app while your YouTrip Metal status is active. Once redeemed, the Metal eSIM will be available for use, regardless of your YouTrip Metal status.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><b><\/b><b> <\/b> <b>Exclusive Perks Cashback<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cashback on selected merchants, available through the Perks section of the YouTrip app and website. To earn cashback, you must initiate the transaction through the Perks section and pay using The Metal Card. The applicable cashback rate will be shown in the Perks section at the time of the transaction. Cashback earned during your YouTrip Metal status active period will be credited even if your Metal status expires before the credit date.<\/span><\/li><li><b>The Metal Priority<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Access to a dedicated support telephone number available exclusively to YouTrip Metal users.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>The Metal Theme<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A distinct visual theme in your YouTrip app, active for the duration of your YouTrip Metal status active period.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>The Metal Card<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once you claim The Metal Card upgrade and complete the required confirmation steps in the YouTrip app, a physical The Metal Card will be issued and sent to your mailing address on record.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Until you request for The Metal Card, your existing plastic YouTrip card will continue to work as normal. Once your The Metal Card is issued, your existing plastic YouTrip card will be permanently deactivated so that only one physical card remains active for your account at any time. If you have any recurring payments or merchant arrangements linked to your existing physical plastic YouTrip card, you should update them as needed with your YouTrip Metal details, as transactions attempted on that card after deactivation may not be processed<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If your card is lost or damaged, you may request a replacement through the YouTrip app (a card issuance fee applies).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If your YouTrip Metal status later expires, The Metal Card will remain active until its expiry date, but YouTrip Metal-only benefits and perks may no longer be available. The Metal Card is valid for five (5) years from its month of issuance.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Third-party benefits<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Where stated in the YouTrip app or relevant perks page, certain YouTrip Metal benefits are provided or fulfilled by third-party partners.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use of these benefits is subject to these Terms, any instructions shown in the YouTrip app, and the relevant third-party provider\u2019s terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>How long does YouTrip Metal status last?<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your YouTrip Metal status remains active for 12 months from the date you complete your challenge.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To maintain your YouTrip Metal status, you must spend at least THB 500,000 in accumulated eligible spend during the 12 months following your YouTrip Metal status commencement date.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Eligible and ineligible transactions<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transactions count towards your challenge spending requirement and maintenance threshold if they are:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> made using your plastic YouTrip card or, once issued, The Metal Card; and\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> successfully authorised and settled by the end of the relevant period, and are not subsequently refunded, reversed, chargeback or disputed.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following transactions do not count:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Top-up or reload transactions to your YouTrip wallet.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Overseas ATM cash withdrawals or cash advances.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Refunded, reversed, charged back or disputed transactions.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Transactions that YouTrip has reasonable grounds to believe are not genuine consumer spending (for example, transactions that appear structured to artificially inflate spend). YouTrip will apply its discretion narrowly and in good faith.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Fraud, abuse and changes\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We may suspend, cancel, reverse or claw back any Metal status, benefit or perk if we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, misuse of the Programme, dishonest conduct, or a breach of these Terms or any terms applicable to your YouTrip account.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We may amend these Terms or change, suspend or end the Programme, or any part of it, at any <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/time.we\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">time.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> We will notify you through the YouTrip website (www.you.co\/th\/metal), unless otherwise permitted or required by applicable laws or regulations.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Other terms<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your participation in this Programme is subject to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">these Terms;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the terms applicable to your YouTrip account;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the specific challenge details shown to you in the YouTrip app; and<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">any applicable third-party provider terms for a specific benefit.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If there is any inconsistency, the challenge details shown to you in the YouTrip app govern your specific challenge, these Terms govern your participation in the Programme, and the relevant third-party provider\u2019s terms govern use of that provider\u2019s services.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Personalised Challenge Conditions<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your challenge spending threshold is determined based on your prior spending history with YouTrip and is personal to you. Your challenge conditions are not shared with other users.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your threshold will be displayed on your personal invitation screen in the YouTrip app before you commence the challenge. By commencing your challenge, you acknowledge the Programme conditions.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have questions about the conditions shown to you, please contact our support team before commencing the challenge. The conditions shown to you at the time you commence your challenge will apply.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Governing law<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
