31 December 2026 23:59 (\u201c<b>Promotion Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Promotion Limits\n<ol>\n<li>The promotion is limited to a maximum of 10 successful referrals per person. In other words, each Referrer (as defined below) may only be eligible for a maximum of THB 1,000.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Eligibility\n<ol>\n<li>To be eligible for the Promotion, each participant (\u201c<b>Eligible Participant<\/b>\u201d) must meet the following conditions:\n<ol>\n<li>The current YouTrip user providing the referral (<b>&#8220;Referrer&#8221;<\/b>):\n<ol>\n<li>must have successfully registered and activated his\/her YouTrip account;<\/li>\n<li>must obtain and share the personalised referral link (<b>&#8220;Personalised Referral Link&#8221;<\/b>) accessible through the YouTrip app to the New User (as defined below); and<\/li>\n<li>acknowledges and agrees that he\/she will only be eligible for the referral rewards after the first successful spending of a minimum of THB 1 by the New User (as defined below)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>The new YouTrip user (<b>&#8220;New User&#8221;<\/b>):\n<ol>\n<li>must either not have a YouTrip account prior to the referral or have not gone through Register with K PLUS process;<\/li>\n<li>must sign up via the Personalised Referral Link;<\/li>\n<li>acknowledges and agrees that he\/she will only be eligible for the referral reward after completing the first successful spending of a minimum of THB 1.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Rewards\n<ol>\n<li>A referral reward of THB 100 will be awarded to each eligible Referrer and New User. The amount will be automatically credited to their respective YouTrip accounts for a successful referral that fulfills these T&amp;Cs within 48 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>No fraud or violation of terms\n<ol>\n<li>We reserve the right to reject or clawback any rewards granted or to be granted to an Eligible Participant in case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined at our sole discretion. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any their party&#8217;s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>No refunds and rights to clawback\n<ol>\n<li>Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Participant&#8217;s YouTrip account). We reserve the right to deduct the relevant amount from the account balance of the Eligible Participant which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by the Eligible Participant as described in clause 5 above.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Change of Terms and Termination\n<ol>\n<li>We may, at our sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Acceptance of Terms\n<ol>\n<li>By participating in this Promotion, the participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
